My family member has nothing to do with the toys for sure.  But at Lucasfilm there are people who know what's getting made by Hasbro, as for the new content especially, they are pretty hands on with Hasbro about what and who they want made, and what can be made and when.

For sure SC,  and my comment was definitely not meant to diminish in any way the information you shared -  or how cool it is to know someone that inside.

I was just trying to point out you were in no way someone we should expect to use as a conduit to ask to relay Lucasfilm related toy requests through.

@panthercult

I didn't think it was diminishing at all man. And I was even agreeing in the sense toys is not his job and this may in no way turn out to be accurate.

Maybe at SDCC we'll see these figures.  But again, I was even saying, I think we would have expected to see all of these at SDCC or a Hasbro event eventually except for maybe Bazil the Tracker.

I feel like he was the only one kind of "newsworthy".  At the same time, maybe not.  I think Lucasfilm feels or were hoping they had another cute, sellable creature on their hands.

And I do think Bazil is cute.  He just seems a bit unnecessary when the Jedi can sense people and track them that way and have access to like.....ALL the technologies lol.  But hey, sometimes you need a mole creature to show you the way.  Maybe he is a true "Mole" infiltrating the Jedi, and Bazil is actually Darth Plagues.

The family member works at Lucasfilm not Hasbro

I know, that's why I asked. Hasbro doesn't give the shots on these properties. Lucasfilm does. 🙂 Without their okay, Hasbro can't do anything.

Thanks for the scoop, SuperCamel! About what I expected. Poor Torbin may never get a figure; don't get me wrong, unless he does something super cool in the next flashback, I'll live without him, but it'll still be strange having that gap. Same goes for Mother Aniseya, though her Retro Collection inclusion gives me the tiniest smidge of hope.

I can definitely see LucasFilm having a big say in what does and doesn't get made. I thiiiiink Hasbro has mentioned a few times that that's why a few figures were either delayed or cancelled (or, like with "Huttslayer" Leia, will never be released again)- because LFL has final say.

But I'll second Ru's plea and throw in my hat if they're ever looking for a writer or need a skinny, awkward, somewhat endearingly self-deprecating nerd to fill a role! I may not be intimidating, but I've certainly got a face made for prosthetics! 😜

I think my wants for The Acolyte at this point are:

Kelnacca

maybe Vern

The Stranger

and

Spoiler
my own guess for what may happen by the end but isn't based on leaks or rumors

Dark Side Osha

Looks like the male Shriek Hawk and cloaked Shin are available for pre-order on Target.

Shriek Hawk

Shin Hati

Got me the Shriek Hawk, and I'll snag the female one whenever Wal-Mart throws her up. Still a shame about Baylan and Shin just being straight re-releases.

I got the Shriek Hawk and Shin pre ordered. I didn't mind getting Shin and Baylan again since they have the cloaks this time, and I really like the characters.  Also, when it comes to Baylan, I am happy to have a second one of him since going forward, any figure of him will probably be of some other actor.

Ray Stevenson did such a great job, I'm glad to have more than one figure of him as this character.

Thanks for the heads up. Preordered the Mando. I'm gonna have an army of them by the time it's done lol. I have one more Bo Katan body to use for a custom as well. And I'm gonna use Okoye from Marvel because Danai Gurira is fantastic and I think she'd make a great Mandalorian on one of these bodies for an unhelmeted head. But I'm not sure if it should be my last Bo Katan or one of the like 3 others coming out. If there's another Wal Mart Mando coming out I'll try to nab that one too. I just wish some of them would come in different colors. They're all blue with different detailing. I know there was like brown and orange and a bunch of other colors in the show. I would like some of those.

This is very weird.  Have any of you had this happen, or are you having this happen?

When I go to my account on Wal-Mart.com and look at my purchase history, none of my pre orders are there.  My Star Wars pre orders, my MOTU pre orders, and it seems there is no trace of any order I've made online.

There are all the filters to use in the My Orders section.  Like Show All, choosing the year, showing orders in progress, etc.

But no matter what I do, still nothing.

But if I put the order number in from the e-mails I have where I originally placed these orders, they do come up.

But it's worrisome they aren't just on my My Orders page anymore like they've always been.

Like I said, it's not just pre orders.  it seems there is no trace of any online order I've made, and I can't make them come up using all the options and filters.

The only way I can see them is putting in the order number if I have the e-mails

That Walmart, always finding new and original ways to make the shopping experience terrible.

So, I went and had the same experience,  SC.   In fact -  my account only shows for my order history a handful of in store purchases from 2023.

Interestingly, when I click on the bubble where it tells me I've saved $55 this year it shows me a purchase from April where I bought some $5 Starlord figures and GI Joe Classified figures on clearance... but that isn't in my purchase history at all.    And none of my pending pre-orders are findable in my account either.

So,  definitely something happened to their database for their online purchase history because it isn't acting right AT ALL.

@panthercult

Damn.  While I don't wish you to have this trouble too, I guess I am happy I'm not the only one.  Hopefully it's just something wrong on their end they get resolved soon.

I do have to say though, I hate walmart.com, their pre orders, and their face.  They are just always messing up.

@supercamel-1982 I saw some people on Facebook (I think that's where it was) that were having the same issue.

Saw the new Halloween 2-pack with the inquisitor decorated like Dracula and it looks fantastic. Not as fond of the second figure..   But man that empire vampire is sweet

I've never bought or wanted any of the Holiday Star Wars figures.  But that Halloween 2 pack is awesome!  I may have to get it.

Inquisitor as Dracula with a Mynock bat and Cad Bane as Frankenstein's Monster with a Babu Frik mini-Frankenstein
