Yeah the B&G Megazord was a limited Hasbro exclusive. I wish they'd do a B&G version of Dragonzord, but doesn't seem likely now. Though I wouldn't be surprised if they do another run of the regular Dragonzord.

I'll tell you what...   seeing the Omega Rangers 4-pack down to $69 on Hasbro Pulse Outlet has me tempted.   That's a discount of more than 30%.    I like those looks alot and may cave and grab the pack.

I paid full price for it and I'm still ok with that. They're really good figures, just wish they had unhelmeted heads. But I had some I was able to use. My only issues with them are the drop down hips. All 4 of them were really loose. I had to tighten them with super glue to get any meaningful poses. That and it's hard for the blue one to hold the trident with 1 hand. Otherwise they're really good.

Wait - the Omega Rangers are Zack, Trini and Jason? Hmmm.... my child brain kinda loves giving them a REASON to have left the show by being pulled into a different PR story... and I have the Trini/Jason two-pack heads available...

Those are the ones I used, and an extra Zack I had from the Walgreens figure since I bought 2 of those a long time ago. And then I just used a Snake Eyes Origins Scarlet with some paint for the blue ranger head because I really like that head for custom work and I'm not paying $50+ for a custom mold Kiya head lol. Kiya got replaced by a giant cat anyway and this is not a cat body so she can be whoever I want.

A question - how many characters still need to be made for the Lightning Collection to complete the teams Hasbro already started, but didn't finish?

Not talking villains here, just the heroes...

Lightspeed Rescue just started. As did RPM. Turbo, Dino Fury, Wild Force, and then SPD and Dino Charge are still missing a couple each. And technically the Omega Rangers still need the 2nd blue ranger. And they didn't do the Black or Yellow of Drakkons versions.

So...between all those teams, how many figures is that?

I feel like we should keep a list, LOL, otherwise Hasbro will think they can skip completing the teams.

I forgot to mention Time Force as well. We're missing most of that team too.

And then you can add Karone in the Lost Galaxy Pink suit as well. And I think we're missing 1 from Beast Morphers but I didn't buy that team cause I didn't like the suits and haven't seen the show.

Given the above information, how long do we think it's going to be until Hasbro starts releasing more PR stuff, even if it's HP exclusive? Are they really going to just sit on the license for a TBD amount of time?

You'd think a Remastered MMPR White would sell well.

Since we haven't heard or seen anything, 2025 at the earliest. Which sucks. I would really like to at least finish SPD and Time Force. Kat Ranger is high on my list of wants. And the whole Time Force team is a must. 

Surprised to see the exclusive Pudgy Pig at Ross. Bit pricier at $19.99 but I couldn't pass it up.

The party line from Hasbro is 1 year hiatus.  I had an additional long-winded rambling typed, but we'll leave it at that.

Remastered White will be the first out of the gate when/if this line comes back.  You heard it here first 🙂

I am very content with where my PR collection is at, to be honest, but I hope everyone gets the teams they want eventually.

I'm conflicted and need opinions and advice.  I haven't bought any of the latest and last wave of Power Rangers Lightning collection because I don't want to start new teams they will never finish.  Looks like this will be the first members of a couple of teams.

Do we really think Hasbro is coming back and continuing this line as is? I don't want to pass them up only for them to continue RPM and the other teams and then I have to pay dearly on the secondary market, but I don't want to be stuck with one member of the team either if they don't.

What do you guys think?

I can officially tell you I do not know.

I've heard Hasbro on record saying it IS coming back.  I personally do not take that at face value.  So much is going on with them and lay offs.  They outsource to other companies like Super 7 and McFarlane to make figures of their properties (think about it, the biggest toy company in the world having OTHER toy companies make figures of the properties THEY OWN), I just can't predict what will happen with them.  The fact that they own the PR license outright would seem to be a positive.  Some will tell you retailers won't take a chance on a line with no TV or movie tie in, but then you point out the success of GI Joe Classified, also Hasbro-owned with no TV or movie tie in, and you just have to wonder.

Yeah, I just don't know.  The crystal ball is hazy.  But I feel ya.  I wouldn't want to start team building with no guarantee of completion.  I wish I knew what to tell you.
