I'm waiting around for BBTS to get their shipments of new Rita figures in to fulfill my preorder. It's been a long wait. All of their Remastered figures have come in (and THAT was a long wait too), all other places have sold out of new Rita.Â
Meanwhile, Hasbro, instead of fulfilling retailer orders, is selling new Rita directly on ebay? W.T.F., Hasbro? Man it must suck being an etailer with these big companies actively working against you. So am I supposed to cancel with BBTS now and just do business with Hasbro directly? Nah, I want to support BBTS because if places like them suddenly dried up, we collectors would be SOL. But damn, this is some shenanigans from Hasbro. Once again.
Both my Red & Green Remastered needed oil in one hip each. Green's still won't budge, and the dropdown bar is stressed more than I'm comfortable with. Yay, overpaying for something that can't function the way it's designed to!
(Only have Pink otherwise for now, but she was great all around. Still need the first three. Hoping they don't sell out everywhere before I can afford them.)
You talking about the ball in the hip right? Cause heat that sucker up and wiggle it off the ball, it shouldn't break anything with these drop down hips. They're solid for the most part, and it's a metal pin on the inside that let's them move up and down. I wish I was good at explaining how it's engineered. It's actually interesting. But it also doesn't work like it should, mainly cause it's always too lose inside there. But if you heat that leg up really well it'll just pop right off. If it's the drop down that's stuck, then you would probably have to pop the crotch open and see why it won't move. I am honestly not sure how hard they are to open up. The only one I ever did was a blue ninjetti Billy and he popped open on his own and I just had to put everything back together. I think the crotch pieces are engineered a little different for those but I'm not 100% sure.
If you look up some plastic doll stands that we use for flight stands from Japan, the inside is engineered like the claw on the end of those. Each side can move independent of each other but if it's too tight they'll move together. And instead of a screw it's just a metal rod going through the loops, which is then enclosed by the crotch. If you pull the crotch apart you could just slide the whole system out and mess with it. The only thing I would consider maybe being too thin is where the loops connect to the barbell. It's thin there to allow it to slide up and down easier. But I haven't broken those after even super gluing the loops together and popping them apart again. But I didn't let the glue completely dry before separating them cause I was trying to tighten the joint, not fuse it.Â

I have the same issue with my Green and Red. 10-W30 didn't work. I'll try heat.

That's the head I did for Omega blue, and the other one is for the extra Bo Katan body I will get. It's hard to see in those pics but I also painted her eyes green, not blue. I tried to do some freckles but that shit didn't work right, so I said screw it and took them off. And I did some purple eyeliner and her lips and hair, cause I thought it looked cool.
Weird question: I don't collect Power Rangers, but I want the Minotaur for a custom. Can anyone attest to how big the ball is that the head attaches to? Would it work with any Mythic Legions?

There was an abnormal amount of effort put into the Tenga Warrior. Besides the all new sculpt, you had great articulation (articulated beak!), two sets of wings, but the real winner was the paint job with a really nice pearlescent blue/green going on in the black feathers. An objectively amazing figure even if you don't know Power Rangers. I'm surprised I only own two.
(I'm talking about the single release, here. The two pack is a big down grade in the paint department.)
