Lightning Collection is my only "all in" Hasbro line, so if this takes a hiatus I will be sad but also will move that extra money to more indie lines. Still, I hope we get all the teams some day. 

Has anyone actually confirmed the rumor that the Lightning Collection is "going on pause"?

They're gonna be ending on a high with the Deluxe Rita, what a fantastic figure and a night and day improvement from the two pack.

Received Rita and Minotaur last week. Both are fantastic. Rita was a welcome upgrade (especially with the swappable expressions). Still plan on keeping the wedding version though.

MCU Collector stated that Emily (of GI Joe Team fame who also works on Power Rangers) read a statement confirming it. That's about as good as we'll ever get as Hasbro generally doesn't announce hiatuses or cancellations for product lines.

I got my Minotaur in and while I like the figure - the face feels way more like a Sheep than a Bull to me.   The nose is too pointy or something.   It's still a nice figure, but I found myself wishing the face sculpt turned out a little more bovine.

I feel like the break is so they can get their shit together with the QC issues.

The remastered and last wave of deluxes seem like they've taken large strides in the right direction.

I'm still gonna need...

I keep seeing an elk, myself.

Seeing the news of a pause makes me really sad because I remember the team saying that had some things planned for a Tommy Tribute later in the year. 😥 What could have been.

They were most likely referring to the Master Morpher. Which is coming.

I still wish they would push out a Green Ranger Helmet...along with the Black and Yellow we need to complete the team.

Probably going on break so that they can relaunch when the reboot drops.

I'm just hoping for Timefire, Rio, and Mele. I dunno their PR names, but whenever the line returns I need them. And maybe Casey Jones Ranger X.

I absolutely will not consider my MM collection complete without Squatt & Baboo, and unfortunately less likely, Bulk & Skull.

I desperately want the dino Mutant Rangers from TMNTII as well.
