Mattel WWE lines

Been quiet for a while - has anybody found anything new for WWE Superstars in the wild lately? 

I still see Vader and Capt. Lou supposedly shipping from WM in the next few weeks, and I see them and Andre/Doink/Midsouth Hogan on EBay.  Saw Muhammad Ali/Kane/Davey Boy in a promo shot the other day, but it's feeling like this line is in trouble.

Not sure why you feel the line is in trouble.  They just revealed a new wave, the Ali one.   The Lou Albano wave has hit my WM in full force.   Easiest wave to find so far, hopefully that just means they ordered a bunch (maybe due to Hogan being in it) and not that sales are slowing.  I will be interested to see how long it continues.  I'd love to see a Kamala.  And I'm curious to see how many of the MOTU crossover wrestlers make it into Superstars (Sgt Slaughter, Stone Cold, Jake the Snake, etc).  With Andre and Kane coming out, it seems like maybe they're starting to get some of those crossover ones into the line.  Although, I don't think they'll all appear in Superstars.

Nice to know that wave is arriving in stores.  Haven't seen anything new here in quite in a while.  I had already seen the Kane and Davey figures online several months ago, Ali was the only new one I saw in that reveal the other day.

Is the Roxanne Perez wave still hitting - or yet to hit retail? I want to use that figure's hair for a custom but there seems to be a lot less wrestling figs in general on the pegs these days.

@schizm I think your timing is pretty good on getting her, that wave hit brick and mortar pretty recently. I saw her at a Wal-Mart the other day. Worst case scenario, RSC still has her.

Weird Amazon delivery situation several of us are having on the wrestlefigs board.  Our WM X Michaels vs Hall sets made it to each of our local Amazon distribution centers, but then they never go out for delivery.  I was supposed to get it Friday, but it was delayed due to the weather.  Amazon is 25 miles away with no weather issues in the area. On Saturday a different order was delivered from the same Amazon location, but the WWE set doesn't go out. It may be for the best I take a refund.  The set doesn't look that necessarily a must have.

Well, Walmart just canceled my orders for Vader and Capt. Lou, so...that's fun.

I've seen around 6 Capt Lou at my store at1 time, and at least 2 Vader, so they are starting to hit stores.

I've been looking, but my stores are still clogged with Shango/Mankind/DiBiase so no luck yet.  Hopefully they'll show up or my buddy on the other end of the state will see them and pick them up for me.

Found Andre, Doink, and red pants Hogan today.  Still no Vader/Lou in my area though.

Found Cora Jade and bought her to use her hair as a potential GOTG Gamora Vol 3 hair swap - does anyone know if the head sizes are at all compatible? Gamora's head may be tinier, but I just need Cora's hair.

I bought a Roxanne Perez for this same thing but she has no hair in the back which blew the whole thing! And bald wrestling divas don't sell for much on Ebay... 🙂

Good news: They’re making a red strap version of the 70’s WWWF Title! ( and very surprisingly, the NWA title)

Bad news: it’s in a 4 pack. I could use Harley since I cashed out on the one from WM a few years ago. But don’t need Gorilla or Ali. 

This got me to finally grab the green belt from the OTHER recent 4 pack with Hogan, Rock, Austin, and Becky. 

Hopefully we can get the black strap 70’s belt and the very first original Buddy Rogers belt someday too. 

Lots of cool stuff shown off at Mattel’s Wrestlemania event this weekend. 

Biggest for me is the ECW stuff. Never in a million years did I expect that we’d ever get an Elite Sandman. Let alone one with barbed wire and beer cans. Classic ECW Dudleys were an awesome surprise too. Not making more of them when they were signed a few years back was a huge miss, but they’ll be even better now I’m sure. And RVD with the ECW tag belt and TV title. 

Plus the GREAT FREAKING MUTA!

And WWE joining the ranks of every single company to do a TMNT collab.
