Here are the last two and they are a bit eh. I could not really make the "Throw me the idol" set work. Satipo and Barranca would both require a lot of new tooling and I'm not sure if it's worth it just for them. Don't think they would sell on their own, but I also didn't want to throw in another "temple escape" Indy. I'd love to see Jock, though.
After drawing this set, I went back and took a look at characters that might be done with almost no new tooling needed and these are the three that came to mind. LC Brody is pretty straight forward. Chattar Lal is a character I hadn't thought of, when I made the ToD-Sets, because I forgot him wearing the business suite, when they first met him. It's basically the same outftit Toht has, so that's another easy figure to make. I tried to squeeze in another Elsa and her Hatay-Outfit would be easy to do with a Peggy Carter body. Peggy has a belt, which excludes the venice outfit, but the Hatay one works. All that's needed is a new upper body and neck. Boom. Sadly, I couldn't think of any extras for her.
And that's it. I think I got all the important ones (and a couple non-important ones) done, while trying to keep it economic. Half of the figures are re-use heavy. It's not like Hasbro has no options here anymore and I don't think they would need to bend over backwards to produce a couple more sets/waves and make the line feel at least somewhat complete.
Thank you so much for putting all those together for us, Damon! You killed it! Now, how do you feel about giving a TED Talk to the Hasbro reps? I feel like we can corner a few at NYCC and make them watch. 🤣
How about Elsa and Indy as Scottish tapestry collectors?? I will always appreciate Harrison Ford in a goofy disguise!
I see the Grail Knight is in stock at BBTS. Has anyone gotten him yet, or seen any reviews? I'm really curious how he turned out.

Went to two Targets this week and saw pegs full of Map Room Indy at both of them.
Latest wave incoming at Pulse. Got notice they're about to charge for the Last Crusade and remaining Dial of Destiny figures.
Yeah, saw a peg full of Map Room Indys at my local Target last night.
So far only gotten notice of the Grail Knight shipping soon for me from Pulse, but I'm sure the rest will follow soon. It'll be nice to have them, and I'll put more good vibes into the universe that it isn't the last wave.
saw reviews of wave 3 on youtube and the figures are all looking great. some are looking better than the promo pics as well (like Elsa) hope it isn't the end, but if so, it was good while it lasted.
That Indy/Fridge mock up is amazing.
Most hated that scene initially but I feel enough time has passed that it's now iconic.
I'd honestly buy it with no hesitation.
I actually was pretty amused by the fridge scene. It's the monkeys scene that ruins the whole movie for me.
was hoping Belloq and Brody would be on sale for Prime days -- hopefully they will be in the later sales this year.
heads up, Target's eBay store was clearing out some Indy figures the last two days ($14.99 - $16.99)
They had all three Target exclusives - Map Room, Club Obi Wan and Kazim, as well as all of wave 1 and wave 2. I think they will all return and we'll probably see more of the regular released figures too.
I thought I was done, but... nope. 😀 Recent events might have further lowered the chance for figures like cairo henchman and swordfighters and thuggees and pretty much everyone, so I thought of other avenues to get some "safe" characters out there. Turns out, Fate of Atlantis is not just pretty great in that area, it would also be really easy to do the main characters. So here is my concept for a fate of atlantis 4-pack:
Indy would be a straight re-pack. Kerner would, once again, make almost complete re-use of the Donovan body, needing only a new chest overlay piece and a new neck (and a new head, of course). And because his uniform was a bit... weird in the game, he would be safe for hanging on the pecks. Ubermann is similar easy to do, he would re-use the kazim body with a new chest overlay piece. Sophia is the only entirely new sculpt here, but man would she pop on a shelf!
Come on, Hasbro! Do something!

Pulse charged me for the last of the Adventure series. It will be bitter sweet to get those. I’m thinking of so many father son posts to throw up on Instagram.
