I received mine and the Space racer on December the 24th. They're gorgeous (despite the lack of shininess on Copper Kidd).

I've got a goodly-sized Pile of Loot waiting for that little rascal.

I keep telling myself I'm going to zap my 'Hawks with some gloss spray from the hobby store, but I never do.

Yup,  got the coming soon on Darkbird as well as Copper Kid -  so that's like 2 figures in Wave 5 after all.   I'll be happy to add figures to the Silverhawks display again.    I am keenly interested to see what the next wave they announce will be and when they will announce it.   Once delivery of these is complete then the only outstanding figures for the line would be the metallic repaints for Steelwill and Bluegrass and the repaint colored Windhammer and toy version Mo-Lec-U-Lar.    I can't imagine those should take too long since they don't require new molds or new trade dress for the packaging or anything since they are just repaints.

Seems like we should get a pre-order open for Wave 7(?) in the not too distant future -  assuming there is still going to be one.

Got a new e-mail from Super7 about New Silverhawks and got excited -  opened it and <womp womp>  it's for reaction figures.

Sigh.   I don't care about reaction figures.    I want to know the line up for the next wave of new Silverhawks.

The 'Hawk I want by far the most at this point is Flashback.   He is the coolest looking of the 'Hawks and is definitely needed for my team.

Moon Stryker is needed too -  but I don't think I realized that Moon Stryker didn't have a winged form -not even as a toy.    He has a wicked mask, and that blond 'is it hair or is it a helmet' thing going,  but no wings is something I didn't realize.

If they get to Condor - I hope they jazz him up just a dash and make his back pack accessory have wings like this concept:

I think it jazzes up the design just a tad and makes him feel a little more part of the "hawks" team.

I might even take a Professor Power figure if looked more like that card image in the lower right than the cartoon.

As for the villains  Melodia is the one absolutely drop dead must have for me.    So if it was the three hawks I listed and Melodia I could accept that and be done.

But,  if instead they need to drag it out a tad longer -  then give me Flashback, Condor, Melodia and Hardware...  I'd buy that wave.

Then make the next wave Moon Stryker,  Professor Power,  Yes Man looking like this (same artist):

and Poker Face:

And that would be a pretty satisfying wave as well.

For me personally,  better than Poker Face, but certainly less vital to the Silverhawks would be a figure of Zero that looked like this:

That would look pretty good in the collection as well.

Anyway -  it's hard for me to envision more than two waves of new characters that would be worth buying... though I'm sure that will be stretched out because they will continue to intersperse repaint/metallic bird waves in

I don't personally have a need for Time Stopper or Warden Lock Up, so I could be done after those two waves, frankly.

Looking back, it was about three weeks between the "processing soon" email and the D&D kids showing up in my PoL, so it may still be a little bit before the Kidd arrives.

I only had Melodia, Hardware and Yes-Man on my wishlist- but I could be talked into a Poker-Face; he was pretty cool.

Finally, I'm no expert, but I'm skeptical we'd get Hardware *and* Yes-Man in the same wave. That feels like too much unique sculpting. Sure would be nice if they announced something, though.

I agree with that -  it's actually why I threw Zero in at all -  I figure he's probably much cheaper to tool than almost any of the remaining villains and can probably re-use at least torso, upper arms, crotch and legs from Quicksilver or someone basic and then some new hands, feet and head and clothing

If they get to Yes Man I suspect he will be one of those like MonStarr, Mumm-Ra or Amok where he costs a bit more because of the unique body shape and size.   Maybe not $85 like them, but maybe $65 or something

I only have Quicksilver, SteelHeart, SteelWill, Blue Grass, Monstar, Armored Monstar, Molecular, Mumbo Jumbo, and both toon ant toy versions of Buzzsaw. I'm only adding Copper Kidd to them, but would possibly add Stargazer if I can find a good price, and Melodia if they ever announce her. Once Kidd hits my PoL, I'm gonna ship.

I've just received an email from Big Bad Toy Store. Dark Bird has arrived and will be shipped very soon. Even if he looks a lot like Quicksilver, I'm pretty excited to add a previously unseen villain to my collection.

Regarding the announce of the Silverhawks Reaction, I'm not interested in the slightest. I just hope it won't interfere with the Ultimates line.

Yep, Copper Kid and Darkbird both just hit the PoL... I want to hit "ship",  but I think that Wave 11 of Thundercats is due to arrive any second and I feel like I should wait for those.... such a dilemma.

@panthercult According to the Super7 pre-order status page, Wave 11 of Thundercats is planned for February.

I saw an in hand review of them recently so thought they were near.  February is near-ish.   But that might be too long to make myself wait.

Here's hoping with Copper Kid and Darkbird in hand S7 will feel comfortable talking about the next wave of Silverhawks fairly soon.

I was ready to pull the trigger on my PoL as soon as the Kidd landed, but I can't decide if I should wait until after these wildfires are handled or if I'm overthinking it.

I hope you're right. I'm afraid Super7 will wait until May to announce the next wave, when the 6th wave is shipped. They've just announced the launch of the Reaction Line, I'm not sure they want to overload their customers with SilverHawks stuff.
