I got my Loot Crate Dracula just after Christmas. Absolutely loved the old BK figures, definitely going to get them all.
Anybody else a bit underwhelmed by Nosferatu? Love the film, and the character design, but this figure...the head sculpts look very soft to me, and just not up to par with the other releases in the line. Still gonna grab it at some point, but I want to like it more than I actually do. This one being labeled as the "poster art" version does give me some hope for a better one down the line.
Absolutely, I was kinda shocked when I clicked on the Target link. He looks like he's from the Jakks line. Or at least his heads.
I'm definitely waiting for a better version.
I think Orlok looks pretty good, personally. I think it'll really have to be a "wait and see how it looks in person" deal. Even with a company like NECA, some of the renders or product shots look a little wonky, but in person they're almost always perfect.
Missed out on the Target offering, but I'm sure he'll be popping up in stores soon. He and John Carver are currently my most anticipated (not counting all the Krampus stuff, but that's still a long way off, if this is truly the year they finally release).
Don't go by the promo images of the figure. The actual figure looks soooo much better.
Yeah, I'm waiting until I see this one in stores as I thought the face looked a bit cartoonish compared to the actual makeup in the film.

I would have preferred a little more burgundy in the overcoat. I know its a BW film; just think he looks a little more European Aristocrat with a little more flourish.
@derrabbi I think I still have that Sideshow figure in my mind too as far as color of his coat goes. Ever since then companies (including Sideshow) seem to be sticking with a brown or tan color. I wonder if there are any documentation on what color the actual costume was? NECA has been pretty good at using accurate colors like the red hair on the Bride or red lips on Creature so I have to think they did some research on the coat color. Looks fine but yeah, it doesn’t have the most regal look to it, but I don’t think Nosferatu was quite the suave aristocrat we typically associate with Dracula.
