@justice Mine are coming Monday. Keeping my fingers cross that I don't run into the same issues. I would not expect any issues with BBTS sending a replacement, there customer service is excellent.
Anybody else get their Fraggles yet? Mine came in today and they are a bit of a QC mess with joints stuck from paint.
I worked for a half hour with heat trying to get Red's arm unstuck but the pins are so tiny and brittle that it finally snapped off.
Gobo's legs were almost as bad but I was able to get them unstuck. There is a small pile of paint chips though from the joints.
They look great but now I've got to see if BBTS will send me a replacement for Red.
That's disappointing to read. I hope QC issues aren't widespread. My shipment is still processing, so I should find out how my figures look sometime next week. Good luck with the replacement!
Is anyone able to share photos of the Fraggle figures? I'm particularly interested in seeing how they scale with the DST Muppets. I know they'll be big, but I'm curious just how big. Thanks!
EE has Sesame Street wave 3 estimated shipping in August. That's way sooner than I expected. I think EE usually has pretty accurate estimates, right?
@bills-all-day Here you go. Kermit and Gobo should be about the same size. These scale with Palisades, not DST.

Just to concur, be careful with Red’s arms! Thankfully, mine just came off at the pins and were easily reattached. I got three of the four joints in her arms moving, but I have heat the last one. Gobo and Matt weren’t too bad on mine, they worked loose pretty easily.
Despite the joint issues, these figures are amazing. I love the fact that they match so well with Palisades, I’m here for any Muppets in this style! I wish that Plastic Meatball had taken the same tact with Emmett Otter.
Every accessory is in its own zip lock bag and oddly, I find that awesome!
On the other hand, I kind of hated having to open a bunch of bags for the accessories. I only got Gobo an Matt so far. Matt is great, except I wish his hat sat a little tighter. That's an easy fix though and no big deal. Gobo was missing a hand and I can't bend either knee. I haven't tried heating them yet, but I will at some point. I might reach out to BBTS about the hand, but don't know if I should bother since I'll never use it anyway. His arms were scary to move at first, but all the joints work.
Overall, these guys look great and I can't wait to get the others. Unfortunately I got them from EE when they had a previous $50 off $300 sale so I may have a long wait.
@captaincracker wait...my Gobo is missing a hand too. Maybe they cut it during production and had already pictured it on the package?
I noticed it was missing when I was packing the accessories back up (into one bag) and assumed when he fell earlier on the coffee table that he had launched the hand somewhere into the room. Maybe it was never there to begin with.
@justice I just saw the extra hand on the back of the box and assumed someone forgot it, but that makes sense if it was cut out. What are the odds we'd both be missing an extra hand? Although, it still shows it on the BBTS promo pics and the description states "alternate hands". I'm missing the hand without the post card.
@captaincracker I'll be curious to hear of anyone else missing it. I bet it was cut for whatever reason.
I was hoping these would scale with DST, but figured they wouldn't and they would be mire Palisades' sized. Oh well. All my Palisades stuff is boxed up somewhere.
@scottg10 thanks for sharing this photo! Like Mwoo, I was hoping they would scale a little better with the DST Muppets than they do. I guess this just encourages me to start playing the lottery so that I can complete my Palisades collection.
@MSWord do you have any updates on when Deadly and Pepe will start shipping? Do you think it will be this month?
Got my replacement Red and she has the same problem, except on the other arm. I used shock oil this time, generously but I had to wedge the tip of a knife in the joint to get it to go in there. Her legs were also stuck but nothing as bad as the arm. It was starting to get stress lines and finally it loosened.
I just opened Red and Matt and these look great in person and feel like a nice size after all. They look and feel like an upgraded Palisades figure.
I had to get Super7's Oscar the Grouch, and I'm really glad I did. I can just put him anywhere in my collection I want. The paint is actually really well done on him.
Maybe I am being extra cautious because of some of the posts here, but my Fraggle figures feel really fragile. Most of their joints have been stuck, and I'm worried they are going to snap. It seems like the pins are especially small. Maybe it's just thin joints. I'll try heating them up. Does heat help if paint is causing them to be stuck?
Overall, I like the figures. I like the use of softer plastic to allow wider range of motion. It works really well for Red's neck. The paint looks clean. I just have to get these joints moving.
Edit: I got all the joints to move after some hot water. There were a few that were hairy, though. Red's left arm was especially scary.
