Death Dealer & horse look great.  Nowhere near $350 great, but still very nice.   I would have dropped $200 or so on it, but ahh well!

That horse seems a bit too massive though, especially in those comparison pics with the Mythic steed.

Absolutely bonkers price, and I don't usually complain about that side of it.

350 is obscene. Agree with PantherCult that these should have been offered separately.

@normdapito I have a feeling Death Dealer will be offered separately.  There's no way they're going to acquire the license for him and only crank out 1500 figures.    If that's the case and it's reasonably priced, I'll go for one.

Annoyed they are rereleasing the Rocketeer at a lower price point. Betty is nice and all, but I certainly would have taken the single figure (and yes, I know that's why they did that first).

That is annoying, I feel for you man.    I might actually get Rocketeer now though since I just couldn't justify the extra cost for Betty (though she does seem like a nice figure).

Kudos to those who held off on that Rocketeer if they really didn't want Bettie. That paid off, and you get to trade her for a slug figure of Butch the bulldog. I'm still fine with having bought the previous 2pk, but had I not, I'd very likely go in on this.

Oh,  that's me.   I refused to buy the 2-pack for the ask since I had zero interest in a Bettie Page figure.    But a single release Rocketeer,  that I'm here for.     Glad I get the chance.

Hopefully that's a sign that eventually I can buy Death Dealer by himself without a $270 horse  😆

I still want Betty, but couldn't afford the 2-pack when it dropped. I will happily take her off someone's hands.

But super happy Cliff is being reoffered, though I'm still going to give him the Funko jetpack. Not only because the Disney film has been my only exposure to the character, but regardless of that I always prefer what looks better, and it just looks better than the original purple one, IMO, lol.

BBTS' payment plans through Sezzle has changed my collecting game, though. I finally have Vampirella because of it! I just hope everything stays in stock long enough for me to catch up with the figures I want (thankfully not all of them).

I very much recommend reading the original comics, Ten, since they are very much a joy to read. IDW has a nice hardcover collection of them that you should be able to find for a good price (I know it was available on the secondary market well below list price, but that was a few years ago). I actually agree with you about the rocket pack, and think the movie design is nicer than the comics (it's very rare for me to prefer a movie design over a comics one).

I do want to add that anyone that likes the Rocketeer should get this figure, because it really is tremendous, much better than either the DST or Funko ones. I don't feel ripped off or anything for getting the deluxe set, just a little annoyed that the more expensive one came out first without the regular edition being announced.

Thanks, I'll check it out!

And yeah, I have both, and the Funko is as garbage as the rest of their Legacy figures (such promise, such terrible execution - I STILL NEED MY FIREFLY CREW, NOT 4.5/9 [my Kaylee's arm broke, and I was refused a replacement]), and the Select is...well, a Select, lol.

I know most 1:12 collectors don't care one way or the other, and maybe it's because I'm autistic but just found out so I'm still rediscovering my entire identity at 41.5, but I want all my 1:12 figures to be able to comingle, even if I don't display them that way, lol.

So too small Ghostbusters or too tall 1:10 scale figures have always bothered me, lol. 😕

I mean... it's just good business sense.   That two-pack probably sold a little worse than a solo Rocketeer would have but MUCH better than a solo Betty figure would have -  so better strategy to sell the two pack first and then go back and do the single release to scoop up the customers (like me) who only wanted Cliff.

I had a cape custom made for the purple Lady Death I bought. It's really well done, and helps her pose much better now. I was debating on getting Taarna or Hellwitch, but then I watched some video reviews, and how both figures just straight up break easy, and are not worth the asking price. They have a hard time standing too, and do not look like the promo shots. I think, even though I have the HACKS one preordered, I will probably get Red Sonja too at some point. I watched videos of her and she looks really nice. But I may try to wait for a sale. While I was only going to get the HACKS one, I figured I end up buying almost every version or outfit from characters I really like, like Deadpool, Wolverine, Boba Fett, ect... but those are much cheaper then these. But having 2 wouldn't be terrible I don't think. Still on the fence though, just because of the price.

I haven't had any issues with my Taarna thus far, and she made it in a crowded bin with Lady Death & Avis during a move. *shrug*

I watched a video of one guy trying to review her when she first came out and her hand snapped clean off when he just tried to swap them. The joints were floppy as shit. And she didn't look anything like the proto images. His Hellwitch also snapped off at both elbows, and in the comments section of that video a bunch of other people were commenting how theirs had the same issue. Plus, she doesn't stand unless you use her wings to prop her up. The boob plates also apparently fall off kinda easy on some of them. He also had his black suit Lady Death leg snap off at the crotch. And again, in the comments, other people were saying they have as well. I haven't had any issues with mine, but mines purple, so they may have fixed that issue with the newer colors.

Here's a link to the Taarna video. And I'm sure you can find the video with Hellwitch in his profile somewhere. I watched both.
