The nymph is the first exclusive of the year to come with exclusive parts I actually want.
I can wait and get the regular versions of ATL-25, Beast Headhunter, and this crossroads Knight… but four unique head sculpts?! I’ll need the exclusive version and three standards to build an coven of drow baddies (gonna need four standard if she color matches Tharice)
@doc-baghead on Mythic Conversations, which I’ve only just now discovered over the last few weeks, Jeremy did say they made a point to color match the skin tones since there are so few female parts at the moment. I don’t recall the exact character the name dropped but if she’s another white skinned female figure then it probably was her.
I’ve found Mythic Conversations quite enjoyable and a nice way to get more info than they typically put in press release type info dumps. Real strong Horsemen community and followers.
@buttmunch Nice! I assume since Tharice and Illythia were color matched this figure is the same skin tone! Gonna need five then!
I'm interested in the Knight / Warrior but I'm not attending a convention just to buy one. I'll see what they offer later from their website, even though they said it wont come with as much stuff. By then the price may be something I find prohibitive anyway so better to find out then on something I only somewhat want.
Isn't the Conan/He-Man "homage" / knockoff supposed to be out soon?
I'm more aware of what the preordered M. Legions I've got coming look like price-wise. Have the 4H crew said whether they intend to tack on fees/adjustments like BBTS and others or just eat the costs?
@jtmarsh the Barbarian is their traveling show exclusive figure this year. He’s available at every show they are attending this year. He’ll be offered online at the end of the year when they are done with the scheduled appearances. They say they have plenty set aside for online sales. They expect a quick sell out but it’s not like they have just 10 available.

Thank you for the info. It's not one I'll be heartbroken if I don't get, so I'm comfortable taking the chance online at the end of the year. If I don't get it, thankfully it's not a make-or-break figure for me.
@buttmunch thanks for sharing all the info. That’s great on the matching skin tone. I should have figured they took it into account. The only downside is now I am definitely going to have to try to track down the actual convention exclusive.
The almost instant sell out of the armory blind boxes and the $50 price tags for ATL-25 and Beast Headhunter were a real turn off for today’s sale, I ended up not buying anything. There’s still exclusives from past cons and armory knights they expected to be fast sell outs hanging around, if I warm up to either figure enough to pay $50 for then I’m sure I can grab them later…
Really not liking this means my coven of drow baddies is gonna cost $350+ but sigh, I guess this is just what the hobby is now!
also… man, between sales at retailers, the head packs, and an in stock sale for ALL characters Cosmic must not have done as well as they’d hoped.
So, didn't think there was anything I wanted or needed from today's sale... but then looked at BBTS and they had the black horse - Boreus on sale... and I pulled the trigger. Always eager for more mounts in my figure collection and the bear mount is taking its sweet time getting here, decided fifty bucks was probably reasonable for horse in this scale and I've heard folks say these are the better than the 5K Toys horses so pulled the trigger.
Woke up early for the sale thinking they might toss in some unmentioned rarities as they have in the past. This sale seemed more like a "warehouse cleaner" one, as everything I saw mentioned was what was there besides the lingering stock that's usually sitting. Couldn't find enough that I wanted to justify the shipping so it's one of those 4H instances where I pass completely. Not unheard of but certainly not typical. The rising prices and the unknown tariff sword hanging over one's head adds a little more trepidation to what I'm willing to preorder, considering that some of my 4H ones are typically almost 2 yrs before I see them. Still enjoy the offerings, but pulling back for obvious reasons.
