Where are they posting numbers updates for this?  I didn't see it on the product page.

Also, what happens if the add-on flame knight and ashen zombie don't unlock.  I think there's still value with the flame pack, as you get an extra head, neck, and flame effect.  But the wings alone for $150?  Yeah, that set needs the zombie to make it more palatable.

I may be misunderstanding you, but I think you are mistaken. The flame knight and ashen zombie come with the add-ons; they aren't stretch goals beyond the initial unlock of the flame pack and wings. The upgrade sets to the figures are the stretch goals for the add-ons.

I'm sure this dragon will fund even though it's slowed down.  There will be an inevitable spike at the end.  However, I'm not sure the dragon knight will unlock.

They pointed out during that video that this "crowdfund" is different than most in that you get charged for the full amount when you pre-order and not when the campaign ends, and because of that they're expecting more people than usual to wait until the end just to delay when they get charged.

Being over halfway to the base goal is pretty good progress for a week given that the charge is up-front.  I'd bet that Sir Benegarr does get unlocked since that's only 500 over the 2000 order base, and I'll be a bit surprised if they don't meet every stretch goal for all three items.

@ashtalon the zombie comes with the wings right out of the gate. The only add on stretch goals are some extra parts for their respective figure. The figures come with the base offering of each add on.

They’ve said if the dragon itself doesn’t fund, the add ons will be cancelled even if they fund.

Ah.  Sorry, guys.  I thought the figures were unlocks for the add-ons.  Sorry about the confusion.

No worries! I think there is a lot of confusion still about what is included with what. I wonder if those dashed outlines Mondo uses for their exclusive break downs would help?

I am about 85% decided I'm going to at least buy the base dragon. The articulation demo was helpful for me, even though it's not finalized. Seeing the bottom neck joint go up and down and side to side gave me a better idea of what I can do with this thing. Just because there is a cut, doesn't mean there's real movement, and some of these could wind up just being rotation, which ultimately isn't that effective because of the scale coloring and underbelly - if you rotate too much it will look "broken" toyish and disjointed. All and all it actually looks like I can bring this to life pretty well, and it need not be a statue.

Onesixth Shooter was on Geek Dad Life and mentioned that the other Pillars of Mythos (or whatever their official title is) may or may not be dragons, and that Beyithirr is the biggest Pillar. So what it sounds like, is that this mold will not be reused for the other Pillars. He posited, though, that maybe a recolor could presumably happen ala the Figura Obscura retailer appreciation waves, though I think a lot of his feedback was highly tentative and What If? In this case they might not be entirely different dragons made from this mold, just like the Headless Horseman was still the Headless Horseman in spite of the different colorways.

That’s a good point! I think maybe showing two of the pillars might have helped in people realizing they aren’t all going to be dragons, as that was the impression I got. And there are certainly different kinds of dragons they could tackle like the Chinese serpentine variety or armless wyvern style European dragon. Not only could color variations be a thing but ice dragons or water dragons. It might not be best to even go down that route much. A retailer appreciation dragon might be a cool idea though, red seems the most suggested color and would make for a nice pair of red and green Christmas dragons 😆

My Necronominus wave figures hit my POL at BBTS, so I added a skeleton hand/feet pack to the pile and hit ship on all that meatless goodness.

Same. Really regretted not ordering them when originally offered at Storehorsemen but was waiting to ship my loot when they arrived. Didn’t pick up everything with that  dragon and all but am hoping to go back for more in a few weeks or months.

I wasn't interested in all of them, so it was easier for me.

I got the blue woman with the skele-dog, 2 of the 4/6 armed/winged creature and the "Reaper" figure.

I sympathize with anyone struggling to understand what is included here. It took me some time to decipher and I do communications for a living.

I'm relatively new to Mythic Legions/4H. I've been underwhelmed with how they've marketed/talked about Beythirr. If you don't follow one of four YouTube channels, you're out of luck. I've seen questions here about articulation demos, toe joints, and size that haven't been covered by 4H at all.

I get that they're dealing with a fragile prototype, but it'd be nice to know how the final product will function. They're asking people to put a lot of faith in them on a $1000 item.

Credit to 4H. They've added a number of photos to the Beyithirr page, as if in direct response to my post.

He's only 19" long with the tail curled. They just gave me something to think about.

Wow, those new pics are excellent.  🤩  Particularly nice to get a MUCH better sense of scale by including those popular figures next to the dragon--it's bigger than the image I had in my head.
