Absolutely in love with the TU5CC figures. I needed to swap some of the included parts to get alien/not-Predator guy just the way I want him because WOW his parts were really on there good, but I swapped in the reptilian neck which gives him SO much more head movement with the backpack/jetpack thing he didn't have with the normal neck, and used the scaled hands instead of the mechanical ones even though I like the idea of him having two fingers and a thumb. Wish they included monstrous uncovered hands like that but he's a great figure.

Not-Magnus though, I like him so much I am debating picking up an extra one, using the head on a Mythic figure as a red knight or black knight type figure, and then popping the Boba Fett homage had onto him. I can't decide if this body or the heavy gunner that's in stock would look better with the Fett-esque helmet from Mythic Legions.

I’m absolutely thrilled with these head packs! I bought the last pack and it had such sweet options. I’m definitely getting the orange dragon. Ever since getting Arracaggor I’ve wanted a complementary buddy for him. I’d love the opposite too, blue arms pack and Kraggnar head. Anyway these will be my “Bo and Luke” of the Cosmic/Mythic worlds. Gonna grab humans and snakes too.

Thwipp!

When do the head packs go on sale?  I'm in for the blonde lady head for my Mythic stuff, and I'll likely end up spending more on shipping than the actual purchase to do it.

Feb. 7, I believe. And shipping is now $10 straight up, which is great.

Thanks.  The day after the next Marvel Legends drops, and with X-Men 97 Wolverine from Mondo still in the offing, February will keep my credit card screeching and clutching it face like Kevin McCallister.

So while I'm totally in agreement that we need more dragon heads, I was messing around with some of the first wave figures after work tonight and honestly, more than more ogre-sized dragon heads, I would LOVE to see them make use of Olek Thygarr's dragon-like torso and arms to make HUMAN sized dragonfolks characters for Cosmic and Mythic. One of the reasons I don't break out blue and green as much as I'd like is they're massive... I keep a bunch of normal sized figures on my desk to futz with during meetings, and I'd be keen to have a normal-height dragonman to add to the mix too.

Loving the TU5CC two pack, but the torso for the alien one falls off the ball joint at the waist with a gentle breeze. Anyone else having that problem?

@nilocomic Not the same, but the humanoid one the ball joint in the center has a significant gap to it. It actually gives him even more ROM than the line usually has so I can live with it, but I was afraid the top half of him would fall off. (Aside from the gap and needing to work REALLY REALLY HARD to swap the neck on the alien, they might be my favorite Cosmic Legions so far.)

There’s a big gap at the waist of both those figures at certain angles. Nice to have the extra ROM, but looks a bit ugly at some positions.

@nilocomic After I posed my comment I checked out Phys... the blue faced human, I can never get Legions names committed to memory. He's got the same massive gap at his center but his belt is better designed to cover it (same as the bug/reptile TU5CC experiment). I actually appreciate the ROM but the red man is basically a flip-top figure if he leans back. At least the joint is in there securely though. I had a few of the bigger Legions figures come apart at the middle when I picked them up (the genie and the ogre-sized demon from the last Mythics wave were basically held together with hope).

@docsilence I’m planning to try putting some electric tape in the torso cavity to see if that helps tighten things up. I still love all the different colors of these TU5CC figures despite the waist issues.

@nilocomic Yeah, for me it's more of an observation than a complaint. I've been messing with the cosmic legions I have a lot this week and ended up ordering the heavy gunner from 4H last night on a whim. (I think I'm going to stick a different head on that one though and use him as more of an agent than a heavy gunner though). I missed the pilot completely, wondering if it's worth picking him up if I can find one.

Quite a few of my Tusk soldiers (sorry, can never remember the numbers/letters name for them) have the same problem with the big gap. It always feels like the torso ball hasn't seated properly, but I can never get it down low enough where it feels like it pops in like a normal Mythic torso. Luckily the belt usually hides it, but I'm somewhat glad to hear I'm not the only one. I haven't opened my red-face guy yet, but I'm really hoping he isn't too floppy.

Red Face (I will never get Legions names right ever and I'm just accepting it, we all know who Red Face is right) actualy isn't floppy or loose in the joints for me - the gap is a visual bohter, but he poses like a champ. If not for Blue Face he'd be my favorite Cosmic Legions figure ever.

@docsilence The pilot is very good. The red has a nice shine and the blue alien head really pops against the red.

The only TU5CC figure I’m missing is the matte grey one from the first wave. I might get it if I find one for the right price, but it’s the least appealing to me so I’ll be fine if I never get it.
