Ooh... are the Mythic exclusives going up separately as well.  I might almost spend single figure money just to get the cat head that comes with it - but I couldn't pay for two figures I didn't want for a single cat head.

The Horsemen announced a new wave of repainted heads to add some (minimal) variety to the Cosmic line.

Each pack of heads is $10. They can also be bought in a combo pack with the base figure in case you didn't grab one the first time around. The humanoid combo packs are $40, the bug combo pack is $50, and the dragon combo pack is $68.

These are probably a good deal for folks who like to army build or collectors who just discovered 4H, but these do nothing for my collection.

Well,  they got me with blue snake guy for sure.    I love snakes.   $40 for a blue snake with two snake heads is decent enough that I'm in.      For $10 I may also grab the human lady head pack,  maybe even the bug head pack.

I was eventually going to do an orange dragon goro mod, I needed an extra (blue guy in full space suit) for a custom, and I want every lazy Tharice repaint. So there’s a lot in this wave I’ll be buying…

but that said this is a lazy ass assortment.

it feels like the Horsemen in panic mode, the calendar says “Filler Cosmic Wave” and they don’t have the money for more new tooling or full repaints, the original figures are still at retail so they can’t do an All-Star wave… so head packs!

it also feels like this might be intended to clear out some old stock, though if that was the case I think we’d have seen Turkey Headed Lady get a new head.

People have been requesting headpacks for a long time, so I don't see offering head packs as a panic move.   These could very well just be a way to move some extra figures they have.  Repaint some heads for them.  And suddenly the overflow stock they have is more enticing.

I'm tempted by the snake guy, since I like the new snake guys.  Granted, these have some sci-fi elements but those aren't super futuristic, so these guys may blend well enough with the new snakemen for me.

The lady headpack is kinda tempting.  I'm not a huge fan of exposed-face heads being repainted, but these heads could be useful somewhere.

It's a bit disappointing that dragon head will have 4 paint variations.  They really need to sculpt a different dragon guy head.  4 straight repaints is a bit tiring.

The female heads are an easy buy for me but not for Cosmic - I'm constantly looking for better unhelmeted heads for generic Legions figures. I might get two sets for future use. I might even pick up the blue snake head and try putting it on a generic armored knight or something. I would buy multiple male human head sets if they released them too. Bummed they didn't do a normal like Attlus and Magnus repaint set too.

I'm still struggling to get the torso to pop apart so I can put the bloody tail on the blue and green dragons I have already, so I'll not be picking up orange, though I do like the color scheme. (Man, anyone got any tips for putting the tail on if you can't pop the upper and lower body apart? I'm ENRAGED by my inability to make this work.)

All set on bugs and aliens cos I genuinely like the ones they already released and don't want to buy duplicate bodies.

You don’t need to take the torso off just slide it up under his skirt, then hook and twist the c-loop at the top of the tail around the waist peg.

@doc-baghead Been trying that but can't quite get it to hook on. Maybe I need to try a different angle. I keep getting stuck on the skirt thing.

I'm not sure if any of these are for me, but I am happy to see the dragon head in orange, because we've now got that sculpt in orange, green, blue, and black. So if we do get a new dragon headsculpt, hopefully we might see it on the next release, and given the released colours, red seems like a strong contender. Of course, they'll probably do white first and throw everything out of whack, but it's neat to see them expanding the dragonmen.

If I was going to get anything, it would be the human head ladies. Like @docsilence says, I'd rather see generic Magnus heads. Maybe we'll see something like this for Mythic in the near future to fill out the generic heads. With the new chainmail and helmeted heads with faces it could be pretty cool.

It would be nice to se a different dragon head sculpt though -  then they can also release that in a variety fo colors to sell so people can mix and match their dragon bodies and dragon heads so they don't all look like different colored clones.

@panthercult Oh, now that's a great idea. We know 4HM love to reuse sculpts, but Eric has to have a few more dragon sculpts in his back pocket right? So if we see a new head on a factory figure, it would be great to get the new head in the older body colours. Something to bring up in a Jeremy Girard livestream to get the idea in front of them...

Honestly....  it's a trick I learned on their old MOTU Classics Draego Man.    I picked up a few extras of him back in the day and then I scoured other properties for different Dragon Heads I could use on the bodies so I had a bevy of dragon dudes but they didn't look identical.

@panthercult I'd love to see a Draego-man inspired red dragon sculpt in the line. He's the only MOTUC figure I picked up but man did he ever have some good style. Red and purple with wings and horns could be a cool look for a Mythic figure.

I got the two stripped down exclusives today. Red Magnus (I'm never going to remember his name) easily becomes a top five figure for me. Please, 4H, more humanish heads, you make such great humanish heads!

I want to take the backpack shoulder thing off Not-Predator but can't figure it out - has anyone figured out a trick for popping that off? I'm picturing displaying him as more of a melee/close range fighter type. Wish he had open hands with the claws, but he does come with that nice short blade.

Also: the little clear plastic pegs for storing weapons are officially THE MOST EASILY LOST ACCESSORY in toy history. I dropped one in my office. I'll never see it again. Clear AND tiny AND they ROLL

I would also like to see different dragon headsculpts. Need variety. This orange one is ok and I'm on the fence about grabbing it. I'd be all over a red one though.
