Don't think I'll get two but I def need a Void Smiley.  After resizing the pic with the hand holding him to guage how big it is against my own hand held up to the screen, I don't think I want to waste one trying to fit these Displacer tentacles into it.  It's too bad Hasbro's endemic laziness keeps it from being as good Silva would have made it.

Some stuff we haven't seen before at JoeFest this weekend.  The 1/18 Smilodon, the finished sculpts for a stegosaur and Andrewsarchus, and what appears to be a baby mammoth or mastodon?

I hadn't heard of EONS before, but reading the text here has me excited.  Big natural history/biology/paleontology enthusiast, so the possibility of expanding the line across time like this is very, very appealing to me. Of course, there's no certainty here that it's going to involve figures at all, but I'm hoping!

Def follow EONS on Fb, they do some great video info-dumps of stuff.  I'm hoping it means we're about to get a Euryptid figure.

That smilodon may be my first figure from this company. Interchangeable ears, paws, heads and manes?!?! Insane.

I went on an absolute tear with these Allosaurus figures. Between the cyberzoic line and the new Beasts of the Mesozoic line I purchased about 7 of them. I couldn't stop myself. Allosaurus was like my first love when it came to dinosaur specimens because the Field Museum in Chicago used to have one on display. This was years before Sue T-Rex was brought over to the museum, and I went to see it and absolutely fell in love with the creature. But simultaneously, I never had much in the way of Allosaurus figures. I had a couple 1/35th scale figurines but that was it. So when these new figures were announced I just had to pounce on them. The species of Allosaurus diidn't matter, and I gave them no preferential treatment based on the design or paintjob. I just want them both

Oh, it's a PBS thing?  Interesting.

I found them on Fb and quite enjoy their vids altho I'll never like 'bull' nose rings like the one presenter sports.

I dunno how excited I am about mammoths, altho that one weird shovel-tusked pachy might get my money.  Still hankering for an articulated Euryptid and I dunno why nobody else thinks they're cool as shit.  Ain't even any of those gashapon figures of them, dammit.

Welp, I just overdid it again. This time with the Albertosaurus figure. I just love that design so much that I ordered four of them. Also the fact that the skin pattern kind of reminds me of how the Alberto looked in the dino simulator game "The Isle" was kind of a major contributor. Incidentally, my father and i have tickets to a Tyrannosaur genealogy symposium discussion later this year and I'm kind of hyped. We got the tickets in April but the show isn't until November of this year, and I haven't been able to resist the urge to put a lot of Beasts/cyberzoic figures on my wishlist this year.

EDIT: Annnnd I just bought a 4-pack of fan choice ceratopsian figs off of the Creative-Beasts website....

freaking hell....Well at least I can pass these off as educational toys.
