@unclassified i'll first try a cotton ball, if that doesn't work, I just use blue tack. if it's on an exposed area i might recommend white tack, i've heard some people say the blue tack stains. i haven't really had that issue but when it gets hot it's really difficult to remove.
I prefer the hot glue trick, because it isn't permanent, but it's infinitely more stable than bluetac.

Then I'd like to thank you few that responded to my filler question. I was in my local Tru many many many years ago now, met this dude a bit older but still in my age range, we were in the figure aisle and we were shooting the shit and he turned me onto green stuff as a filler. I don't care about permanent, I actually prefer it, as things I make, I make to have and keep. So, that never meant much to me and green stuff to me sounded better than hot glue. So when he turned me on to that trick, that was the way I wanted to go.
I asked this for 2 reason, 1 was, I never hear green stuff and always hear blue tack and hot glue, this dates back to my 25th days. All this dates back to them days, they were the days I got into this racket lol. I never went that route due to the fact that it wasn't permanent.
The other was why? But you guys filled me in on why you choose those as fillers, and it makes lots of sense in regsrds of ruining something.

Two more things, is there a parts swap thread on this site? Is this place a tight community or is this a place where one can get stiffed ? I used to be from the hisstank way back then og13 and both places we were really tight and we would network. I've left the forums since then and just been in fb groups and pop in at the org but haven't been there in awhile since classics ended and my direction went back to Joe's. After the Joe's went to the club I went and opened up my first motuc I had in the closet and fell in love and was focused on motuc til the end then I started to dabble in things I shouldbt have like marvel, tmnt, star wars bs, I was already on board with Thundercats but then I pretty much was down for most of the ultimates. Then classifieds became classicfied. I was then on board with them and man, kind of like the 25th all over again for me.

Honestly the recipe is fairly easy, base is fortnite midas(? it was gold) and random bits sitting around my desk. Arm blades are entirely from some dollar tree space stuff I think. Pretty sure the head is from jsarmory on etsy. Chest plate is from Gung ho, feet are from movie storm shadow and don't make the same mistake I did by cutting off the shoulder armor.

we need to figure something out. If you know the people that were legit from before, we should build a small tight community on fb. Not just for parts but like the whole bst shit. I wasn't aware of this new site and rules. I tried to log in months ago on tapatalk and couldn't then tried the old way and use the internet haha. I had to create a new account I think. I can't remember. At this time I found the store and grabbed 2 shirts and some karste action figure that was like a g I joe. Man, I can't believe there's no messaging, thats wack as shit.
A quicky custom. Got a Viper "Destroyer" set from gridiron, took off the vest for the viper commander, PP trooper chest rig, ML head, Scrapiron helmet = Unhinged Viper Field Commander. I just need to find a flame effect that goes. The only one gridiron has comes with a different kit and isn't sold separately.
Man just grabbed 10 officers for a project from Amazon and was trying to save money and toy planet was the cheapest through amazon, then bbts comes and puts them up for 16 and change. Was gonna get 10 and return them to toy planet, but since I tossed 6 of the packages away I can't do that because on the bottom of the toy planet ones is a sticker with a bar code and the bbts ones won't have them. I could've gotten away with it, too, if not for that group of stickers and that mangy bar code.
Got an extra Scrapiron for cheap, so I decided to mod the drone. Had a pair of 1:6 scale SAW weapons that have been sitting in a box the 90's, so I chopped them in half, stuck some foam on the end and stuck them in. Works ok as a secondary anti-personnel drone.
If I get time today and if I remember I'll try to figure out the pic posting . I just made a 6 man squad that I'm gonna hold off from showing til I get the other six done and the 10 bats. Right now I'm in the middle of painting a mock up I put together months ago. She's almost done. She looks like she might come out pretty cool. Maybe someone can help.with a cool name. Using a princess Leia head so her name will be Leia Fisher. Just no idea about code name. But so far she looks like she might be dope.
