I saw he was in stock, and classic ML Star-Lord was marked down to current ML MSRP, so I grabbed both. My preorder was still "processing" when they showed up, so I cancelled it. Week & a half ago?

I'm still salty about all the Grunt-army builders keeping him sold out when he was marked down so low at Target, I STILL don't have the ONE I wanted.
I received Tunnel Rat today. I don't usually open any of my figures until about 30 days out from the return date just incase I change my interests. I too, missed out on the Grunt sale but Amazon had a sale for Grunt after Thanksgiving for $17.49 so I picked up four from there.
But the Twins are not particularly useful even for customs.
I've been thinking about using the majorityof the figure or at least the armored parts for black dragon ninja
@tenime Got him last night. I dig this figure even more than I thought I would. Can't decide which mask I like the best--which is a great problem to have. Are there any other Cobra, wilderness-related mercenaries? I would like to build a Dreadnokesque team of 2 or 3 characters around him.
the entire upper half is great for customs. The legs are to distinguishable. Might work well for a cc I was thinking, but the odds of me making a cc are slim lol. But the upper half with the bare arms and the torso can most certainly be used extremely well for parts. That's what boggles ke at these 5.99 prices. That's cheap ass fodder and they sit at Ross. I gathered so many from ollies that I skipped all the ones at Ross. Eventually I'll give in and end up buying them from ross as well. I've got plenty of stalkers that can use bare arms and some paint. New gear and new head from another line and I got me a whole new character. If i was able to show you pics I'd post a pic of all my custom fodder I gathered from ollies and ross. It's a big ollies bag that you have to buy cause in jersey we don't have bags no more, and it's packed to the top and over flowing.Agreed. I went to one Ross and they had one Tiger Force Outback and like 12 Xamot's and 6 Tomax's or something... The twins were ridiculously over represented but virtually nothing else.
It's a bummer because the other stuff - Stalker, Dusty, whatever else - can all be useful custom fodder at those cheap prices. But the Twins are not particularly useful even for customs.

All week I've been to so many targets and still haven't dropped the price of the trubble bubbles. Pretty sure someone is taking them and hiding them waiting for the price to drop. One store had 7 next day 4 then next day 3. Ain't no one buying them for 45 and they lasted the entire Xmas season lol. Got me thinking I should hide the rest haha. But I'm 46 and not 14 lol. Most collectors have the mindset of a 14 year old. Lol. Never want to pay full price and always buying on clearance hahaah. Or buy em , take the content out switch with a craptastic figure and return. That's about as mature as a sperm that went left instead of straight.

Snagged Grunt for 26 cents yesterday.
It scanned, but dinged the employee to come help due to "price needed." He asked me how much the shelf said. I said I found it in the clearance section. He asked what the full price was, fibbed a bit & said $19.99 so I could at least save $5 (THANKS AGAIN TO EVERYONE WHO BOUGHT SOLD OUT THE SALE FOR ARMY BUILDING, WHEN I ONLY WANTED ONE), and I mentioned "I missed it when he was $12 because people were buying multiples of him for generic soldiers."
He goes "okay, this is the best I can do," and types in a number.
THIS BEAUTIFUL MOTHERF***ER TYPED IN FOUR DOLLARS AND NINETY-NINE CENTS.
It took everything I had not to pee myself or hug him.
Then, when I scanned my Target app barcode, I had $4.73 in rewards.
So Grunt cost me 26 cents. Thanks, everyone who sold out the sale for their army building. You actually SAVED me money this time! 🤣
While Breaker's been hovering around MSRP on Amazon, I hope he drops. I never saw him on clearance or I would've grabbed him, despite not initially wanting him (I still very much dislike both his & Grunt's plain outfits).
Hope I have the money when Clutch hits.
Has there been any word on the remaining 5?

Vipoutlet really is the vip. Months ago after my cgs from Walmart were canceled in the spring, I was trying to get them off the site. They'd pop on and off. And vipoutlet was one of the sellers and had em at retail. I found it odd since it was a exclusive to Walmart. Well, again, they did it with big Ben, I initially had no interest in him in nf deco, and he kept selling out and then price goes to 37 apparently sold and shipped by Walmart. Well, vip did it again and had one in stock for 26 so I grabbed it.
One name I seldom see people really pushing for is Overkill, but with how many variations on the BATs we’ve gotten, I think he’d fit in very well. Only catch is, if much prefer either the new-sculpt look with the android body and only a human-esque face, or the “in disguise” version the FSS made. I just wonder how they’ll handle characters like that, where the later designs seem far more conducive to modern figures than the neon Frankenstein version.
BBTS has BATs and Crimson BATs at 15 on sale atm if anyone still needs more.
