Pulse charged for Mutt and Junkyard.
Dad gum I’m thrilled to see those!
I’m in the process of redoing my Toy-splosion room. I’m just about ready to put in four more shelves. I’m getting ready for 2024 Clasdified. I’m sure I’ll be about full up by years end.
Thwipp!
Wonder when the next wave of Shadow Trackers is going out,
Python Patrol Trubble Bubbles are hitting Target clearance - picked up a pair for 22.49 each today
This is news I like to hear. Going to have to search and see if I can track down a similar deal. I held off on ordering the PP Trouble Bubble since I already had two of the regular version... but at less than the price of a standard figure I will definitely grab at least one.
I remember seeing that scene the 1st time and being so confused about if I should be laughing or horrified.
Saw one Target reduce TF Flint and Buzzer down to $7.49. Buzzer was long gone but decided to pick up an extra Flint just for his sidearm, machete, and holsters to give to Falcon.
Mutt & Junkyard are officially on shelves and the website at Target today. There's a few left at couple nearby stores but just like the preorder, I'm really struggling to pull the trigger at $45.
It probably doesn't help that I picked up a second Croc Master at Ross yesterday for $11.99 ...
@grumpymatt I'm feeling the same way about my $25 Night Force Tunnel Rat preorder after getting standard Tunnel Rat for $7.50, lol. Sucks that they raised the price of everything Classified, just so they could go on clearance like this.
@detectivehoag That Mutt and Junkyard pic reminds me of "Mars Attacks" and, I think, Sarah Jessica Parker and Pierce Brosnan in that scene where their heads were swapped onto dogs.
A funny thing I noticed at Walmart Canada the last couple of waves. They have been getting 4 out of the 5 figures in each wave in store. Online they have the 5th figure, but for some reason they don't release it to stores. Considering how many of each figure in a wave I see at the stores I frequent, I am assuming they are getting solid cases of each figure at each store. However that 5th figure just doesn't make it to store shelves.
The latest wave is missing Helix in store (available online) and the last wave it was Low-Light (now sold out online).
Is that happening anywhere in the states? Anyone elsewhere in Canada seeing something different?
@canprime US Walmart is very similar except we get 0 out of 5 figures. But seriously I haven't seen anything since Shipwreck and R&R including non-carded exclusives. Target gets solid ML cases and doesn't carry a figure in store.
Yeah I can second that. My local Walmarts finally finished clearing out the Origins movie figures. They have a ton of R&R and Shipwreck, along with a bunch of Retro Jaye, Widow, and Ho. They also have some of the Crocmaster sets and the Snake Eyes windowless Timber set. Haven't seen anything newer than Shipwreck/R&R.
Mutt is showing up at my Targets but only like 1 or 2 per store. With those numbers, it's a gamble that it's even in stock. I'll have to pick a store and cross my fingers.
Just received Mutt & Junkyard from Pulse. STRONG start to 2024 Classified. Gonna be tough to top this one for me. BOTH figures are exceptional.
While I do think the extra hands are excessive, I realized they're dog commands. That makes it a little more worth it to include them, but some are so similar, I think they went overboard.
