I've been keeping a spreadsheet with all of my pre-orders, purchases, and sales on different tabs since January 2022. It's a bit of work to maintain but now that I'm in the swing of it I actually enjoy updating everything when new stuff is announced, orders come in, etc.
@h-bird I've been doing the same thing for years. My Excel spreadsheet workbook goes so far back it has DCUC and MOTUC pages on it
Woow, that's impressive! I mostly started it to keep track for tax purposes, but it's been a real boon to follow everything. I also now know exactly how much I spend each year and on what lines, and...yikes.
Viper 3-Pack down to $40 on Amazon.
I have my pre-orders listed out so I can plan on credit card charges. As an added bonus, though, I've added little pictures of the figures so it's like a little virtual collection.
Just got Helix, Buzzer, and Hawk and boy is the quality on these just janky, especially on Helix.
She feels like she could be an early Lightning Collection figure.
Legs are gummy and the body paint apps are just bad.
Disappointing to hear about Helix. I ordered through Pulse so they’ll come when they do.
Playing around with sone figures tonite and it’s an easy pick for the worst Joe in 2023. Nope not Falcon. He’s 2nd worst. Mole Rat is the worst. The hoses pop out unless in straight ahead head position. The tolerances on the clips on the pack are too weak to hold accessories. They always fall off. I bought two and returned one. It’s just not as fun as the others.
Tripwire is a Joe I never had and it’s pretty cool. I don’t know how often I will use the Hurt Locker gear but I will used Aspera and Macleod. Not sure why the they designed the mines with pegs on the bottom. To fit on the pack better? Should have included a hole on top of mines too. The paint app could have been the circle portion around the center.
Thwipp!
I got delay e-mails for one of the Dreadnoks and Firefly as well, both now delayed until Dec. 15. So far, Nunchuck from the last Wave is still delayed until Dec. 15
I really thought Nunchuck would have come in by now on Pulse.
But I don't mind waiting. There is always so much Hasbro product shipping each month, all at the same time. Any delay or break is fine, as long as I get the merch.
I'm excited about these upcoming Python Patrol figures. Especially the Trubble Bubble and Tele-Viper. I love how they look in the PP color scheme.
I almost went a whole week without a new Joe, but Amazon updated Shockwave's delivery from Monday to today. The slow drip of one or two figures per week is kinda fun.
I wonder when Hasbro will announce the regular classic Cobra Commander once the Mickey Mouse one is delivered with the Hiss Tank.
Just found the Python Patrol Officer and Copperhead at Target! In Massachusetts. I didn’t know these were out yet. Very exciting. I love Python Patrol!
Edit—never mind. I got street-dated. Annoying…
Street date? December something?
Thwipp!
Akatsuki violated the first rule of Target toy hunting. Never posted your findings before checkout.
Target.com has an 11/26 release date. Sometimes they won't let you buy before a release date, but other times they will. It seems completely random.
I got Shockwave yesterday. He's solid. No random floppiness, gumminess, or tight joints. He feels kinda light on the accessories. A small machine gun would've been nice. A SWAT style "door knocker" could've been a fun and unique accessory for Classified. And I always wish masked Joes also had unmasked heads.
I broke Ripper's right hip. I'm not sure if cold weather played a part, it felt like it was moving freely.
Ripper's torso can pop right off his crotch piece with a little heat. It's either a new design or something I wasn't familiar because I thought it was impossible to separate these figures so easily. Too bad the other figures aren't like this. I would've swapped parts with one of my extras.
