The divers were the only item I didn't preorder. I placed two separate Snake preorders of one each in case I decide to cancel one. Looking at the pictures more closely, I don't see ankle tilts. I would like to be wrong. 

I went for Footloose (mah boi!), Law & Order, Darklon, and Blowtorch. Passed on the Frag Viper (never cared for them) and the SNAKE armour, which I may yet change my mind on because watching the video after, it looks pretty great.

Was great to see Lenny and Emily back and on form, they're so fun together. Also the Misfits poster on the Cold Slither box <3

Yeah the Joe live streams compared to the Star Wars and Marvel ones are night and day differences. Not that the other teams aren’t big fans but something just comes off so much more genuine with the Joe team.

You make a great point, Buttmunch.

I think the difference between the Marvel and Joe teams - since I think both teams genuinely like the property they are working on and are excited about most of the figures and characters they are making - is that the Marvel team has a separate corporate entity they have to worry about.  'Don't say anything about things that haven't been approved yet,  don't hint about figure line ups that might change because of a change in movie release dates', and also sometimes they are told to include certain newer characters the licensee wants to push... etc.   Since G.I. Joe is a Hasbro owned property there is less of that to worry about and the team is just a little bit freer and I think that comes across in their presentations.

Gah, was working and missed the divers. SNAKE was still available thankfully. It seems both the MMS and Snake Eyes v.4 are Amazon exclusives. Hopefully we get more warning on those so I can plan on not working.

@chooch555 that definitely sucks. I was surprised when it was same day for once. Got real comfortable assuming preorders would always be the following day anymore.

It looks like the MMS rocket exhaust effect pieces are backwards again. Am I seeing it wrong? 

That diver two pack is going to be a Target exclusive -  I'd wager it will be findable on shelves.   Target wants it's exclusives to be in stores to drive foot traffic - so they definitely allocate stock for the stores.    I don't think a $55 2-pack of ketchup and mustard color wetsuit jockeys is likely to fly off the toys shelf though -  stranger things have happened I guess -  but I expect when these to actually arrive at physical retail if you hit the Target stores you'll be able to find them.

If I see the divers in person, I will grab them. I have a strange fascination with simple recolored army builders.

I skipped the divers. All I want is the MASS Device element they come with. I don't want that missile launcher, so I'll be skipping Hawk as a result. I skipped Darklon and the Frag Viper, but promptly scooped up Footloose and Law & Order, both of which were childhood favorites. Each of those from Amazon and Pulse, and a Blowtorch from Pulse.

Norm, I tell you what.   When I do find the condiment divers in store and pick them up I have no interest in or use for the Mass Device piece and will happily send to you then.    

It's a shame,  I would probably pick up that Hawk, as generic as he looks, if he were single carded - but there's no way I'm paying all the extra cost they're going to charge for those stupid missiles to get him.   And it's hard to imagine anyone buying that set for the missiles and off-loading just the figure.

There are a few sellers on ebay who seem to do stuff like that... but usually they sell as parts. Arms removed, torso as its own listing, etc.

They went a little too dark with the gray on V4 Snake Eyes but he looks good overall.

I don't necessarily need the MMS but I'm so happy to be getting another O13 that I can't complain too much.

I've never really been into the cartoon green shirt cannon fodder thing for the Joes but I'll probably still end up getting a couple for non-Joe army man use.

I've got a lot of BATS but I'll probably get one of the Sunbow ones.

I preordered everything but the Divers, I might end up getting them but so much went up I felt more fiscally responsible passing on at lest one thing. I do wish Blowtorch was using the perky red and yellows of the divers.
