I also agree that Retro SnakeEyes needs a rerelease as well as Retro Storm Shadow on the current cardbacks. Those original card backs suck.  Don’t know whose terrible idea was it not to copy the the Retro Marvel Legends card backs. But either way, Snake Eyes and Storm shadow will sell well on the new cards. Kinda want all the retro joes released on those flimsy cards to get a rerelease at some point too. Maybe just make them Pulse exclusives or something. 

I'm not normally the kind of guy who gets caught up on plot holes in 80s kids' cartoons, but I spent the last half of watching the MASS Device episodes thinking "but how did Cover Girl know he was called Timber?"

Maybe he looked like a Timber like some people look like a Dan or Chuck?

I’d 100% buy that Snake Eyes. Give me a set with him, Shipwreck, and Timber.

Then follow it up with a Cold Slither set. 

I'm almost surprised Super7 hasn't made a Reaction Cold Slither set.

Some friends and I made a zombie movie in high school and named one of the main characters Hector Delgado after Shipwreck just because of how goofy that cartoon was (in a good way).

Unrelated, just got a rare pushback notification from Pulse - the Night Force two-pack and the carded Cobra Trooper. Not too upset since I've had a deluge of orders lately but surprised since I got charged for CoCo yesterday and Stalker should be here tomorrow or Saturday. 

Unfortunately I have no copy anymore. And he had no parrot but we did have the line "Jesse?! It's me! Uncle Hector!" Which was from the episode when Cobra brainwashed Joe family members to kill Joes. 

We were honestly way too obsessed with Shipwreck.

I have a friend who hand-makes cosplay that are always sincere but kind of tongue in cheek, and his Shipwreck was spot on. Had to buy three different plush parrots to get one the right size for Polly.

....I totally get that dedication. Respect.

So, I got Snake Eyes a couple years ago or so and was happy. Then I got Storm Shadow and was happier, but that was gonna be it. Then I thought I could get Firefly and leave it at that, but in the last week I went to town on Cobras. Then yesterday, just for fun, I was daydreaming about which Joes I would get if I were to get Joes... which I'm not getting Joes. But then I ordered some Night Force and Marauders damnit! I have a list that, once done, will be it for me, but I did shop way too hard. But it's really nice to just... get stuff! I've barely gotten any Star Wars or Marvel this year, and that's all I collect. I also pre-ordered one of the Neca Beetlejuice figures, so... I'll probably fast again for another year after this.
