@aggroninja Yeah, I ran into the same problem too. So I flipped it upside down. The runner board is tilting up, you can’t use the twin pegs to secure the feet of your Joes, and you’ll have to remove the board before attaching something to the hitch, but now at least someone can actually stand back there and operate the guns.
@docsilence both my Zarana and Cover Girl are fine at the bicep swivel. A smidge loose, but they hold poses well still. So for that joint, you can still use super glue but you have to be very careful. Like excessively so. Use whatever method you are comfortable with to remove the arm at the swivel joint. Be extremely careful, those pegs like to break easy, even the thick ones. Then put a very small dab of super glue in the hole in the arm. Take a push pin or a paper clip, something small and metal that will fit in that hole, and basically spread the glue around the edges of the hole on the inside of the arm. Let it dry, depending on the super glue you used is how long. Then reassemble the arm when you know it's 100% dry. Should be tighter.
Alternatively, you can use the same method but put the glue on the peg of the arm. Again. Spread it around with a tiny metal pin of some kind. But there are other risks to this. Most likely, the peg is very thin and somewhat flexible. If you use glue on the peg itself it won't be flexible anymore. And if the hole is too tight, it could just break the peg off when trying to move it since it's no longer flexible. If the peg isn't flexible and it's just a hard peg, then the risk of it breaking are the same if you use glue on it or not.
The risky part about the bicep, again, is its really easy to break that joint, especially when disassembling it. You have to be extremely careful with it.
@trunks3540 Thanks for the recommendation. Weirdly on both of those figures for me, the joint is so loose the arm just falls out all the time, so I'm trying to figure out some way of tightening it. Like, I pick Zarana up and boop, arm falls off. Trying to find a way that will still allow the arm to swivel but also let them hold something heavier than a side arm without falling out of the socket. The weight of a rifle is enough to pull the arm out at the moment. (Just those two, though - the other women figures all have perfectly fine bicep joints.)
I havent known very many bicep swivels that just fall off, so that could make it easier to fix since you dont have to worry about pulling it apart as much. Or are you talking about the butterfly joints? Cause those are a bit different but the principle is the same. But the butterfly joints are especially fragile. You have to be even more careful with those. 9 times out of 10 you're just better off leaving those alone or gluing it in place and living without the butterfly movement, cause those can just tear right off if you pull wrong.
@docsilence that's wild. I heard some Zaranas had issues but I had no idea. What about a tiny rubber binder on the bicep peg? Like the smallest you can find, one for teeth braces would be ideal, or maybe the smallest hair ponytail bands you can find? I imagine it would roll down when inserting into the slot but maybe it's doable. Otherwise I'd agree that building up thin layers of glue or future floor polish could work, just do a layer a day and test before adding the next. Some people use rubber heat-shrink tubing to neck joints to fit heads, maybe that could work, too.
So, has the Tiger Paw actually been shipped to stores yet at all? I've been haunting a lot of Target's and I haven't seen a trace of any. It was another of the few Target pre-orders I missed and I definitely want one. I'm hoping it will be findable in store, but I'm wondering if that's a pipe dream or if it will eventually show up. It doesn't even come up in a search on Target's site currently - which isn't promising.
@docsilence might have the absolute worst luck with Classified figures. I'm surprised you've stuck with the line with as many issues as you've encountered.
@normdapito Honestly, you're probably right. I'm kinda questioning my sanity at the moment. I find Classified is 75% of the time the best reasonably priced figure line in my collection in terms of sculpts and accessories, but 25% of the time the figure is somehow messed up. I never run into any of these issues with Black series or Legends. I stuck with it cos when Classified is on, it's a killer line.
Of course, you pointing this out has me realizing I've got like, Toy PTSD. The more I want a figure, the more I expect it to be a bust when it gets here. I was SWEATING when the retro Scarlet and the Spirit repaint shipped cos I got a bum one of each of them previously and they're some of my favorite characters.
(Wonder if Hasbro gives out prizes for suckers with terrible luck.)
@vicious7171 the rubber band idea is actually really clever. I just need something to give it a little more umph so the piece stays in place. It's just the swivel rather than the butterfly so it should hypothetically be fixable.

Yes, I saw it twice but there was only one, it likely goes out as soon as it comes in.
@docsilence I don't suppose you could post pics of the arm and peg and all that. I kinda wanna see it now. May be able to figure out what went wrong.
@trunks3540 I'll grab a pic this afternoon, sure. It's really strange - there's no structure damage. It's almost like the plastic shrunk by a millimeter or so and it's made the peg just ever so so slightly too small for the hole.
For all my bad luck with Classifieds, I will say I pinged Pulse about the broken Sarge and while it took them five days to respond, they're just sending me a replacement without even asking me to send the broken one back. Hopefully version 2 shows up with two working and attached feet!
Now, given the number of Targets I had to go to in order to find one that both had Gnawgahyde in stock and had him on clearance, was it worth it for the $13 savings? Maybe.
But I did finally find one today!
Gnawgie was still full price when I scanned one yesterday. Surprisingly only one on the shelf. Probably more in the back because the shelf space was filled with Roadblock/Tripwires.
Still full price in the Denver 'burbs as well.
Cover Girl in stock on BBTS.
