I went to my closest Target yesterday hoping to luck into a Tiger Paw but alas the cupboard was bare.   In fact the only G.I. Joe product at all were a couple of reaction Joes and one single Gnawgahyde and nothing else at all.    Sigh.

I'm seeing the Tiger Force 2-pack with Roadblock and Tripwire start to really pile up at all my local stores. No signs of Tiger Paws either.

Dang. People wanted that VAMP.

I thought they would offer repaints before reissue.

Thwipp!

Scootch over. There's a lot of people in this boat and the person on the other side of me smells like they were sculpted from liver and onions.

Only if they fix the typo on the decal. I was on the fence about wanting one, but seeing that glaring error decided it for me.

They can rerelease anything they want at any time.  The question is will they CHOOSE to.

You gotta believe there will be a tan Vamp coming at some point.

But they have to see the demand out there for the original version. It would be insane if they didn't do another run. Include a different figure or make a minor change to the Vamp itself and a lot of people that bought one the first time would buy it again. Actually a lot of people that bought one the first time would probably buy it again just because.

I assume they went conservative with these vehicles due to the size and price point but they're in business to make money, so ...

I also think the mold for the Vamp is on production with the variants. They probably just finished the Stinger and may have gone back to making a few normal Vamps for some stores like BBTS maybe before switching back to the scheduled variant production. Either Mark 2 or the TigerForce version. We might see some small production runs of normal Vamps in between the variants.

That aside I’m still hoping for more SDCC Cobra Commander runs this year or next.

Good thing I'm getting old and every letter I see is getting a bit fuzzier everyday! Who needs correct spelling when everything with letters looks like its AI generated?

@grumpymatt Considering all the re-releases they do in ML, TF and SW, I can see the Joe team just doing a straight re-release of the VAMP with no modifications.   This could already be happening with the recent BBTS preorder.

@spongyblue Thumbs up for getting older and finding myself doing all sorts of weird things to read small print that I could have eyed from 10 metres away just a couple years ago.

Almost the moment I turned 50 my ability to read menus, receipts and many other things took a big hit. I've always had great eyesight, too. I had to have someone help me read the numbers off a Target gift card a few months ago ... Fortunately, dollar store readers — when I remember to carry them on my person — solve my problems. For now, I guess.

Incidentally, when I don't have glasses, Ollie's price tags give more trouble than most.

Also, I totally missed the BBTS Vamp preorder. That's good to see.

@grumpymatt Haha.

Same for me.  Turned 50 this year (January) and it seems like I can't read anything anymore on a can of food, or other type products (spray cans, shampoo bottles, etc. etc.)

I'm ok most of the time, but now I resort to using my phone to take a pic and increase the size to read the font, or I have a lighted magnifying glass that also helps.   How sad, I'm becoming my parents!!!

I watched the GI Joe (animated) movie again last night and I really can't wait for Nemesis Enforcer (sorry not going with Immortal) and Pythona.   Also of course the Royal Guards and Golobulus.   However I also wouldn't mind them doing a Cobra-La citizen figure as well, even though I know it would sell well.

So what I'm hearing is that Fwoosh is an online retirement community. Sounds right.
