I'll be looking to reserve a couple of ferrets on the 4th. Unsure whether I'll want to keep the scouts or not.
And now I'm sadly thinking about the old Fwoosh trading post 😢
I’m in for two Ferrets I think. I bought four Trouble Bubbles in time with Python Patrol version getting a couple. I’m fairly confident there will be a repaint in Python Patrol or some other faction like the Crimson guys or maybe even that Tiger Force PAW option. Anyway. I’ll get a couple knowing I’ll pick up another color way in the future.
So Ferret is 119. Do we know what 120 is yet? The next wave and the sub lines take us 121 to 127.
Thwipp!
Yeah, I’d only want the Scout, don’t have room for the Ferret.
I wouldn't have minded seeing "figure not included", not that I don't want the figure.
the new DC boomerang figure is the perfect head sculpt for a Knitcap Shipwreck
Figure not included. It’s definitely adding at least $20-25 to the cost. I just don’t think Hasbro is interested in a $30 price point for the effort of delivering vehicles for this line. I think the driver is less interesting to long term collectors as they will have loads of options as drivers for the vehicle. I think as they have shared they want storytelling toys. The box contains all the story they want to tell.
Thwipp!
Surely Hasbro Pulse will release the VAMP again, right? I had it pre ordered but had to cancel some stuff just because of the massive flood of product from Hasbro and other toy companies and I cancelled it.
I would hope so, but with the whole "reduced production" MOQs that have been talked about going into 2024 it could be they are happy with the sales and will move on to the next variant instead.
Then again it could be another case of waiting for more product to show up much like the Trouble Bubble.
Either way it is hard to say for certain. The VAMP didn't sell out for quite some time once it was listed and it is almost double the price of the Trouble Bubble. However the current aftermarket price is almost double the original price and that may have a small effect on any future decisions.
I already don’t have room for a Ferret but I will buy one for sure.

Yeah I'm probably in for one too. I continue to collect this line despite having no previous affinity for GI Joe, or really any idea what I'm going to do with this big collection (including vehicles!) I'm amassing. I still haven't opened the HISS or VAMP, but I know I didn't want to miss out on them.
Walmart got shadow tracker for 17 and change now. In case you wanted it for parts or collection, you can save a few bills.
So was looking at the ferret trying to decide if I wanted to buy multiples and then remembered that for half the price I could buy this:
It's a 1/12th scale remote control ATV that I can gear out with extra weapons I have and decided that might be a better use of the funds.
@detectivehoag it's all good
@panthercult I have to imagine Classified team knows people want to put the twins, or storm shadow + firefly, on the Ferret and made it have room for two, so it's still a good choice if you want to display it that way. Hard to say how exactly any other atv will scale until you see it in-hand. that said, I love buying cheapy vehicles and customizing them. unless you *need* retro decos, you really have a lot of options.
I do find that in almost every case I'd buy the figure and the vehicle separately but often want one way more than the other (a la night force Shockwave... or how I don't need a ton of trouble bubbles but wouldn't mind being able to display the different heads on Tele-Viper.)
This line really is knocking the vehicles out of the park though. I gotta get a good vehicle setup going. The only one I'm not in love with is Baroness's motorcycle.
