The Techno Viper I ordered from Pulse has shipped.   Luckily the rest I ordered from Amazon still haven't -  but that bill is going to come due soon.   I hate that Hasbro just unloads with both barrels all at once - so if you collect Legends and Classified this month is a nightmare.

I have been charged for and had ship 19 figures (12 Marvel Legends, 2 Black Series, 5 Classified) this week alone ... and that was before the Retro Recondo and Duke moved up to tomorrow at Amazon.  

Right....  Hasbro needs to chill man

All the shipping, ALL at once. I just hope Amazon does me a favor and ships everything in one huge box on Monday so I only have to worry about one delivery. 

Of course of all the figures shipping right now the only one I Haven't gotten an update on shipping yet is Scarlett... still hoping for ONE Scarlett without a frozen hip joint and hoping this is the one. 

I’ve got notifications for Techno Viper, Boa, Quick Kick, Airborne, Recondo, Duke, either prepping or paid for or bumped up. All after a major Marvel Legends influx. It’s been fun.

And times like this are why I am happy I made the (hard) effort to stop preordering.  Well stop preordering on most things.  I of course still preorder exclusives I think will sell out, or figures I really want (mostly army builders).  That way I am not getting hammered all at once every couple months.

I guess the one good thing for all of us is that they did, seemingly, cut back on releases as they said they would.  Yeah we are getting dinged now, but we should have a break of at least two months after this until the next batch.  Last year it seemed like every month we had a wave, or more, releasing that made it damn expensive to try and keep up. 

Oh and the VAMP is GARBAGE!!!!

Kidding of course.   The VAMP is a thing of beauty.  I love almost everything about it, minus the ammo canisters and guns being a pain to keep on if you want to move them.  BRING ON THE REPAINTS!!!

I already need a VAMP repaint in desert sand for my Action Soldiers and they haven't even arrived yet!  🤑 

I'll hold out hope we get a AWE Striker in that color scheme like the 1/18th version that came with Chuckles.  I gush about this vehicle on here every so often, it's absolutely at the top of my vehicle wish list:

This onslaught of Hasbro product wouldn’t be so bad as I’ve had planned and budgeted for everything months beforehand. But it seems the majority of what I preordered are showing up months or weeks earlier than anticipated. Really screws up the budget. 

But the Vamp goes vroooom!!

Metalhead is on the way. Should be here Sunday. His look reminds me so much of Marvel’s Techno from the Thunderbolts mix in a little Tony Stark. 

Iron Grenadiers is not a faction I had when younger. I had bought the 4” gold Destro. I am interested in the faction. I have a feeling the IG BATs which are supposed to be coming will reuse some Metalhead gear. I can see the BATs having the thigh missiles and some guns mounted on the pack as opposed to more missile pods.

Is Baroness a character they involved in Iron Grenadiers or is her Destro tie more comics and cartoon? I can see a Baroness variant coming. Voltar and his vulture and Darklon I can see being made in next year. I don’t know any more faction members. If there isn’t a Baroness I’m sure there is some female operative. 

I wonder if any of the crazy vehicles are even considered. It would be a stretch for sure.

@prophet I just watched "A Toy Kinda Mood" and their review of Metal Head.

I am impressed by the design, but not so much by the execution.  It looks like there are a bit too many "fiddly" bits when it comes to the launchers that make it a pain to assemble and then keep together.  The hoses that connect the leg launchers to the backpack were hard to insert and then kept popping out when moving.  The shoulder launchers seemed to be a bit loose, one side especially. 

So it seems like the execution of the launchers, whiled designed really well, the execution leaves something to be desired.

@canprime I opened Techno Viper early this morning and I think the cable should've been a tiny bit longer.  It attaches well to the backpack and gun/tools, but the length seems to restrict posing, especially when he's carrying the gun.  The hose looks like it starts to tug and bend the backpack port, even in a casual, non-extreme gun pose.  I haven't checked out any videos yet to see some other opinions, curious to see if it's just me, lol. Right now, I have the hose connected to one of the tools in his backpack and he's holding the gun unattached.

The flood has begun!  I received retro carded Duke & Airborne today.  Big Boa is set to delivery by the eve of the day with a few more due tomorrow.  All I can say so far is this Duke is damn near perfect!

Duke arrived today from amazon unexpected and unannounced.  Scarlett, who I ordered at the same time, stull says coming in May.

The will sound blasphemous but I was perfectly happy with the (recolored) Duke from wave 1, I just didn't like those guns.  I might just keep these accessories and sell the figure?  I don't know.  No decisions have been made yet.

I like all the Duke figures so far.  As for versions I don't need, keeping them for head swaps/parts isn't a bad idea, but YMMV. 

I received my Techno-Viper today but his lower-torso joint is very wobbly.  He rotates about 30 degrees left or right with the slightest touch.  Anyone else have this issue?  

EDIT:  I see what people are saying about the tube being too short.  I'm just going to connect it to the bottom tool in his backpack.
