I posted this at articulatedthoughts.com, but wanted to add my theory that isn't super original but I have a lot of faith in it: what makes sense to me is that Monica, having crossed over into (essentially) the post-Days of Future Past Fox X-Men universe (which also includes her mom as Binary and RDJ as Doom), inadvertently triggers an incursion that leads to AVX. While the heroes of two universes are pointlessly fighting, believing that's how they can save their own world, Doom is on his own quest and is able to use all these elements to form his own 'ideal' reality, leading into Secret Wars.

You mentioned a Champions series in the Daredevil thread but it feels more right to follow-up here: huh? When did this happen/leak?

I was literally just fitting pieces to make a Champions Teen Cyke and Viv Vision to finish that team.

@schizm Well, Champions is just the name they're using for what will essentially be Young Avengers. The team Kamala and Kate are forming. (The Adventures of Kamala & Kate would be a perfect title if the show was on Nickelodeon!) Production was supposed to start this year, but may have been pushed to 2026.

I don't think it's been officially announced yet like that, but I'm guessing at comic con this summer. Rachna Fruchbom is apparently writing and running the series. She co-produces Shrinking on Apple TV and And Just LIke That on Max. She also worked on Fresh Off The Boat and Parks & Rec.

The rumored cast are Kamala and Kate, Cassie Lang, America Chavez, Riri Williams, and Billy Maximoff. Kid Loki and Eli Bradley are also of course possibilities, along with Speed and the still yet to be introduced Hulkling.
