No Spoilers either but.....SHIT!!  This show is amazingly both an honest continuation of the series and vastly superior.  I guess last episode is "nothing" compared to 8-10 according to DeMayo.

Won't say anything other than incredible.....and Cable will save the day.  

Rogue and Wolverine from this wave are being bid up to crazy prices now that they're sold out and people like the show.  Think BBTS gets them back in?  My crystal ball says yes.

@yojoebro82 yeah my wife wanted Rogue from this line after watching the show and she's one of the few that I had passed on because I preferred the Jim Lee rogue I've already got. So I checked to see if I could buy her and found she was sold out everywhere and going for $70+ on ebay. Hopefully she comes back in stock.

That would be something wouldn't it.  To finally deliver such a long demanded figure that way.   Heck if that's how they want to deliver Destiny and Deatbird too I won't complain.

Rogue is one of my favs and really regretting not getting her before about now, lol.

Destiny is supposed to be in a 2 pack with Mystique later this year if I'm remembering right

Banshee would be a waste of a spot in *this* line. But then, I think Emma should get one and they've had almost the same screen time - except Emma has been upgraded to be in the last end credits running shot! 🙂

At this point Jubilee, Beast, Morph and Sunspot should be locks. It needs to have another woman and I vote Emma. The last spot - Cable, probably, or TBD. But that's a lot of new/updated sculpting - I kinda want them to start over on Jubilee entirely and a SMILE, please.

PS: anyone notice that Pyro switches places in the running shot? He's in the middle, then he's on the end. Made me laugh. 🙂 Also, we need another Pyro.

Since X-Men '97 is coming in hot and heavy, is it possible X-Men '97 waves have replaced, at least temporarily, the yearly X-Men BAF wave? We haven't heard any rumors or leaks about an X-Men BAF wave. 

Possibly, with Deadpool and Wolverine, Wolverine 50th, X-Men '97 and various random Deluxes.

I hope not, though - and we did see that Astonishing Wolverine... I really want more Generation X characters ASAP. And I've noticed that 97 isn't pulling on any of the Gen X characters, so far.

Here's my stance on this.    I don't need any Emma Frost from this line,  I have some decent Emma Frost figures in my collection.     I DO need a regular green and yellow Banshee.    Likewise there were tons of the young X-Men characters that cameoed throughout that episode - Pixie, Glob, etc or Morlocks like Lorlei and Leech... and also an Exodus appearance.     I want figures of all of those before I need  another  White Queen or even Jubilee at this stage.   

I get we should get the main cast so I won't argue against Jubilee, Morph, Beast and Sunspot getting figures.   They should.    Cable is likely a foregone inevitability.     But I really appreciated the approach in wave 2 to give us characters from the show that we haven't had in the main line and would really like them to keep doing that.    Wave 2 gave us a comic accurate version of Magneto that had never been done,  a 6" version of X-Cutioner and a 6" Goblin Queen.    Yes they had show appearances but they were also great to add to the main X-Men Legends collection.    More of that please, is what I'm saying.

I need Emplate and Orphanmaker figures,  STAT!! 😋 

Any animated Banshee figure needs a sound chip to replicate his iconic power.

A sound chip? Nah, he just needs a whistle straight through his torso.

Pretty confident they will use the 97 wave to get us at least one new character. As PantherCult stated, there were a lot of cameos last episode and I’m rooting for Exodus to get a figure.

Speaking of cameos, there was an important one in episode 4 when Forge was vaguely explaining his past. The character was on a picture partially obscured by another pic over top. I have to believe that character had something to do with episode 5, and will get a figure soon.
