@schizm Haha! Well the Porter Ranch Walmart is no action figure haven, prepare for disappointment. Probably better off making your way to Santa Clarita -there's like 3 Walmarts out there, plus a few Targets!
And while I haven't seen Nicole Kidman yet aside from that horrible commercial before EVERY movie, the newer AMC theater is actually very nice and you can grab some ok BBQ at Gus's next door!

I came across what I'm assuming was a fresh case at Walmart on the way home from work yesterday. They're definitely still trickling in in the northern Los Angeles area at least. Interesting that Walmart seems to be getting the full assortment where Target seems to be only getting certain figures at a time.
Looks better than my local Walmart. All I see is NWH MJ, a Egghead who I'm pretty sure someone swapped, and Blue Marvel and Syrin who I'm pretty sure came from the Ross that's ten minutes away who someone probably bought for $5 and "returned" them to Walmart for store credit since they didn't have the receipt. 🙄
No Spoilers here but Holy Crap the new episode of X-Men '97! Whenever the MCU gets to the live action version of X-Men it is going to have a lot to live up too! This show is perfect!

Right? I'm blown away by the show so far tbh. The tone alone & reverence to the source material is leagues above the majority of Disney Marvel stuff.
@insaniac It is crazy good. I liked the original show just fine but this continuation just picks up the old show and elevates it to another level without the Saturday morning kids cartoon restrictions. I would love for Marvel Studios to do the same thing to Avengers: Earth Mightiest Heroes which to date was my favorite Marvel Animation. Now X-Men '97 has taken that spot, easily.
It is also so satisfying to see a character on the show and have their action figure ready to open.
I need a Series III announced ASAP!!

That series remains my all-time favorite, and I’d also love it if they’d do a continuation of it with all the exact same creatives in charge and cast returning.

I haven't watched X-Men '97 yet, though I am very excited based on everyone's reactions. But I'll never miss an opportunity to cosign some Avengers: EMH love! Best animated superhero show of all time.
Avengers Earth's Mightiest Heroes is the best superhero show of all time. I would love it if Disney brought all the original people involved together again to pick up where the show left off. Such a shame that it was cancelled in favor of a much weaker show based on the MCU Avengers. I really wanted to see where they were going with Thor and Surtur.
Just have to echo that Earth's Mightiest Heroes was the best Marvel Cartoon hands down. The Bruce Timm DC shows were all pretty good, but for Marvel content A: EMH couldn't be touched. I would love if they were able to resurrect it.
