I started these grids in 2019, and keep adding to them as time goes by. There's plenty more variant costumes of many of these characters, but I made the list basically to fill out each corner of the Marvel Universe. It gets a little grey as some characters get left off because I have zero hope for them ever getting made, and others are "wishful thinking" to fill out the grid more evenly. I've also tried to balance every property to have their circle of villains.
Some on these lists you might go "don't we already have that?" But look closer, some of it is costume and artist specific, and other's just need an updated version to fit in better with what we've had before.
Feel free to make suggestions on who to add, but I'll warn you, I try to keep the grid even.. so if you can fill out a full Row and Column, then I'll for sure add them.
It's crazy how much has been checked off since 2019.
