The blues on that Spidey/Logan set really are enticing. Absolutely zero need to complete that "team" or need those looks... but they look great.
I got charged for the Sabertooth and Lilandra sets and Angel over the weekend, on Pulse Sabretooth and Angel say they won’t be shipping tol 4/1 and Lilandra Brood May 1st 🤷🏻♂️

I'd have rather it was X-Men #1 based with a Jim Lee style 90s Psylocke reissue/update paired with a brown and orange Wolverine. Even if it was 90s Psylocke in her bomber jacket and a battle damaged brown and orange Wolverine, I'd rather have gotten that than Lady Mandarin. Don't get me wrong, it's a cool looking figure and I'm glad some people got what they wanted, I just have to reason to buy a figure of such a short-lived look. I would have even accepted Revanche.

Revanche is a major want. She was technically on the team for a bit around '94 (or at least showed up on trading cards saying she was). Her and captive Sabretooth from the Phalanx Covenant era are needed to have a complete early-to-mid-'90s X-Men team.
(I know we still need Feral and hound Rachel for a full early '90s X-teams roster and then characters like Kylun and whoever the heck else was in Excalibur by the mid-'90s.)

Having seen what we're getting for Wolfsbane I can't say I'm that hopeful for Feral. If Wolfsbane is that orange already; Feral, who IS depicted as orange quite often going to be Cheeto Tigra orange? And I definitely want a Phalanx Covenant Captive Sabretooth. Phalanx-clone / Doppleganger X-Men would be great but I don't know how many would buy them. But I've been trying to find the perfect lime green female body to make Emma Frost's captivity suit when she was locked up in the infirmary and just after Banshee destroyed the Mansion.
And to answer Norm's question, I believe that WAS Betsy's first appearance as an asian woman, as I believe the Mandarin's assassin girlfriend Kwannon was in a coma, which was the reason behind the body swap in the first place. I don't remember Revanche being "on" the team so much as hanging around causing problems for Asian Betsy because in X-Men #21 the X-Men didn't know who was the real Betsy Braddock. Plus I think Revanche contracted the Legacy virus shortly after and that was how they wrote that character off. All this after Mojo had already replaced Betsy's eyes previously.
So, for those that have theirs, how's the Lilandra figure? Mine is in my POL, but I'm waiting for more stuff to come in before I ship it.

I plan to use this Psylocke as Revanche on my shelves, but also why I didn't get the set just yet. Hoping it sits around awhile & drops in price. I can find things to like about flannel Logan, and Broodverine just went with my current hive (consisting of the BAF, the Select, the old Toy Biz with action feature, and when I can dig them out, all my Minimates Brood), but I could not want "ninja Wolverine" less. F***ing HATE multi-packs, even when I WANT all the figures included (because you can't financially split them up).
And I absolutely NEED Kylun, and Cerise, and Feron, and Micromax, and Widget, and Hound Rachel, lol.
I really wouldn't say anything's off the table with Legends, but I'd LOVE a Birdy figure to go with this perfect Sabretooth. Since Sabes is my favorite character, this will easily be my favorite figure this year. It's SOOOO great, especially with that menacing grinning head.
It's nice to hear how good the Logan/Sabretooth set turned out. It was the one two pack I skipped. I just have SO many figures of both Sabretooth and Logan that I didn't feel in a hurry to get more. And with so much stuff landing at once I figured I'd wait and see. I'm still hoping it might hang around a bit so I can pick it up when there's a lull in Legends. Or maybe I just continue to make due with the perfectly adequate versions of these guys I already have.
And it's crazy, I have now seen in hand picks on-line of not only Logan/Sabes but also Lilandra/Broodverine, Patch/Lady Mandarin and Tuxedo Patch/Tux Fixit - so literally all of those packs going out at the same time. Nothing like burying your customers in an avalanche of product.
I know it has to do with the Chinese new year and there'sa deluge every year around this time but my wallet is SCREAMING and honestly I wish the sets were trickling in like, one a week or something so I could enjoy them more. Happy to have them, no doubt, just wow this is a crush.
I'm mildly annoyed at myself for getting yet another Logan in his black sleeveless uniform (I picked up two of the first one to display both heads, I think) but this is enough of an improvement I'm not too miffed. Also feels like it's been a minute since we got a Wolverine I wanted to take center stage on my shelf and gamblin' cowboy hat Logan is gonna be that guy for me, give old brown and gold costume a vacation.
Anybody else opened their Lilandra/Broodverine set yet? Lilandra's right arm arrived popped out of the socket at the shoulder and I cannot get it back in, wondering if it's a common defect or if I got a dud. This might be the first time I couuldn't fix a QC issue with a Legends figure in like five years and I almost never return anything but I'll definitely return it if it's just a dud ($50 for a set when I really only needed one of the figures and that figure is not working... argh).
On a positive note though, I love the open-hand/claws out look Broodverine has. And the torso on card-sharp Logan is amazing, might be my new version of him. (They're going to get me to buy him again with a hatless head, I know it.)
I'm waiting to open mine once I have all four sets. I received Brood/Lilandra and Logan/Sabretooth today, Ninja/Lady Mandarin earlier this week. The Tux set for some reason is shipped but delayed for the past two days. I have another Tux set coming from Amazon too.
Yeah my Wolverine/Sabretooth set shipped from GameStop and since the other sets were going to drop from Amazon in like 2 weeks just went ahead and purchased them from GameStop being already in stock and canceled from Amazon. It doesn't matter for me if the stuff ships now or in two weeks it all comes out of my account for I don't use credit cards and haven't now going on eight years.
