Like DC Direct/Collectibles, with themed releases around current and classic storylines, complete team rosters in a single line, sculpts based on artists like Alex Ross, video game versions, etc. What you lose in articulation, you gain in speed-to-market and an expansive Marvel Universe.

Hickman Secret Wars w/Battleworld & Warzone tie-ins
Thunderbolts (carded different for different eras)
Official Handbook (for obscure C-listers)
Hellfire Gala
Immortal Hulk
Annihilation

and the list goes on and on and on...

This would be cool. 😀 Especially for the Handbook wave.

If that happens, I don't expect them to be anywhere as articulated as ML's so it'd be an easy pass. Likely won't be 1:12 scale either.

Yea the figure engineering and design would probably be inferior.

Isn't the Disney Toy Box line essentially in-house?  Disney's name is on them, although I wouldn't be surprised if they outsource it in reality and then put their own name on it.  Those things are nowhere as good as Legends.  I've had a dozen of the Disney Toy Box figures for my kids, and the first time they fall from 2+ feet the plastic on an arm or leg just immediately snaps.  I've watched it happen four or five times now.
