What if it's Jack Kirby with comic rack? It's looking like whatever this is it's going to be BAF 100.
I just don't think there's any way we're getting a Jack Kirby figure in the Marvel Legends line. There is so much bad blood between the Kirby family and Marvel/Disney I can't imagine them working out the likeness rights. I guess it's not impossible - but I don't see it as likely.
Also... I have zero desire for a Jack Kirby figure in my collection. I don't want to waste a slot on this.
I got the NECA Turtles Kirby figure so I could at least have Jack represented somehow (he's currently on display with my DCUC New Gods), but I'd LOVE an actual Marvel Legends Jack Kirby figure.
That's my understanding as well, but I do wonder what character might be logically paired with a 1:12 scale comic book rack. I guess it could be another version of Stan Lee. Or maybe Rob Liefeld with tiny feet and a huge chest? Willie Lumpkin?
Who makes sense with a rack full of "retail" comic facsimiles? 616 Watcher? The Collector?

Agreed! It feels wrong having only Stan, like I'm perpetuating the injustice done to Jack Kirby those many years ago. I think PC is right that it's very unlikely, but I'd love to see it happen.
Can you imagine a Jack Kirby wave where all the figures are based off Kirby's art?
