If the rumors/leaks are true, at least four would be taken out: Mandarin, Rachel, Gorgon and Banshee.

He is very close to breaking my top 10. I need one of the other classic Avengers on my list (Stingray and Jack of Hearts) to get announced first.

You misread the leak sheets. The last 2 are actually a single character from the Amalgam Universe. Gorganshee.
