Once again my list is overwhelmingly female. I think if any property has proven that female figures can sell it has to be Marvel, particularly on the X-side of the house.
Definitely, my lists always skew towards female figures too. ML's probably got the strongest ratio of women to men in action figures of any line except maybe WWE. (Well, aside from Sailor Moon and She-Ra, I guess.)
A lot of great choices in everybody's lists so far. Truthfully I'm a lock to pick up any character in any pre-1985 look.
Here's the ones I want to promote above all:
1. Mantis (classic)
2. Swordsman (classic)
3. Sprite (Kitty Pryde first appearance costume)
4. Triton (I know he 'might' be coming, but until he does...)
5. Gorgon (see above)
6. Yellowjacket (classic)
7. Falcon (classic red/white)
8. Captain Britain (first appearance)
9. Marrina
10. Valkyrie (classic)
Deluxe: Aragorn (to go with Valkyrie)-- we really need a winged horse out there.
Haslab Oversize: Mephisto with Throne
I'd love to see Warriors Three or original Guardians of the Galaxy too, or another dozen characters others have listed, but, limits.
Because NO ONE demanded it, this is my Top 10:
01.) Doctor Octopus [white Armani suit with bendable wire tentacles]
02.) Mary Jane Watson [first appearance]
03.) Doctor Doom [classic]
04.) Thor [classic Silver Age]
05.) Daredevil [classic red costume]
06.) Storm [black Outback suit with lightning insignia and long hair]
07.) Colossus [Jim Lee/'90s Gold Team suit]
08.) Green Goblin [Silver Age with bat-wing Goblin Glider]
09.) Invisible Woman [1995 "opera gloves" suit]
10.) The Thing [Fantastic Four tank top, pants and boots]
My Deluxe figure vote goes to Merged/Professor Hulk in his Pantheon-era jumpsuit:
@yojoebro82 Man... you want Magma so bad she's on there twice ... or do you actually want 2 figures of her - one powered down in the black and yellow and one powered up and looking all lava-ey?
Getting it done.
Marching orders:
10 standard single card characters - comic, cinematic (film, TV, animated, live-action), video game.
The Falcon (70's classic)
The Whizzer (Golden Age)
James Buchanan "Bucky" Barnes (Golden Age)
Jim Hammond Human Torch (Golden Age)
Matt Hawk, The Two-Gun Kid (Silver Age)
The Swordsman (Silver Age)
Red Wolf (Bronze Age)
The Mandarin (Silver Age)
Mantis (Bronze Age)
Attuma (Silver Age)
1 BAF/Deluxe size SINGLE figure: either one BAF or one Deluxe figure. No 2-packs or multi-packs.
Black Goliath
1 HasLab/Oversize (Dragon Man model) figure, vehicle, playset, prop.
The Super-Adaptoid (Do it RIGHT this time, Hasbro. Please.)
Thank you. :::exits stage right:::

I use the Imgur app. Saving images to my phone. Uploading them to Imgur, then copying the link and pasting them to Fwoosh.
Yep, ComicVine is my primary source for pics as well.
Synch
Skin (Generation X)
Penance (Generation X)
Layla Miller
Bolt (New Warriors vol. 2)
Pip the Troll (comic)
Blink (X-Men Days of Future Past movie)
X-23 (Deadpool & Wolverine movie)
Legion (FX Legion tv show)
Surge
BAF Mondo (Generation X)
As always, my wishlist is for these exact looks.
Under Siege Wasp, Graduation Suit Cyclops, Original Captain Britain, Texas Twister, Phantom Rider
Bare-Chest Mandarin, Mastermind, Caped Plantman, Diablo, Sidewinder
I tried to spread out my Top 10s across different teams and hero vs villain, but wound up double dipping on the Rangers because...
...my Deluxe pick is Phantom Rider's horse Banshee, and you specifically said no 2-packs. So I guess I'm just asking for a white horse with white gear.
And my HasLab pick is the FantastiCar II.
