@sdcomics I'm pretty sure they haven't - the only non-mechanical Redwing I know of is from TB series 14.

Love the pics Akat. Mine should be here on Wednesday, just when I'm leaving for a work trip. Bah!

Kinda of disappointed in this one. I thought they’d update with pinless limbs, and the upper torso is so loose and shakes with the extra weight when held.

I got one yesterday and am returning it today. I had instant Buyer's Remorse once I got home. The shield is nice, but that's about it.

At some point they are going to have to make a classic Falcon. He's the only one they have left really.

Mine is also going back. I'd like wings for my existing version of this figure, but he's really not that exciting and then I have two versions of a character that is already on the back of a shelf.

Wow, I am surprised more people aren't into this figure. Well, not really surprised. It IS an old figure. I like the wings a lot though, they add much more display value. The new shield is also a nice touch. I dig this figure, but also agree that a classic Falcon is overdue.

@normdapito Yeah, if you are into comics from this era, I think this Falcon Cap is a must-have. I have custom wings for the original Falcon Cap but I still like this figure.

Well, I like my Sam Wilson Cap a lot more now since I gave him more height and the gloved hands, vertical hinge from my extra Ultimate Cap. I tried the boots from Ultimate Cap but still he was too short. I decided to compromise comic accuracy and gave him the dark blue boots from my extra X-Men 97 Bishop. The boots fit perfectly and don't look too bad with the overall color scheme. The best thing for me he is now looking 80th Cap straight into his eyes. Hasbro could've done the same thing and the figure would have probably sold so much better. I guess it is best to mention the torso on mine is very tight with smooth range of motion and no click and clack or looseness like the previous one.

I found SamCap for $24.95 at Target Saturday! I am surprised how much I like him. The new shield, extra hands and especially the wings make a huge difference on an old figure. Certainly helps getting him for $10 off!

Bought him on sale as well. Great figure, but I think I'm unlucky with winged characters. My Angel had a frozen wing joint and Sam's wings won't stay in. *shrug*

Sam Cap is one of my favorite figures of the year. I would have loved some updated articulation (particularly in the midsection) but the figure itself is just a ton of fun and can get some great poses with the wings. I picked up a Sam Wilson Cap TPB collection to go with it - I need some Sons of the Serpent for him to beat up on!
