Ship date for mine from Pulse is supposedly 8/20. We'll see if that changes.
Are there going to be other listings for this? I can't recall the last time an exclusive never made it to general release, even briefly. This would be the first I've ever missed out on.

@enforcer I was going to say - I'm pretty sure he's up and listed on BBTS and EE, if not still available on Pulse.
Glad you were able to get him, because he's not meant to be impossible to have.
@panthercult Thanks! I was only mildly concerned on this one - but it was definitely my first SDCC exclusive that I wasn't able to get during the initial release window. Happy most people will be able to acquire it.
Will Death's Head be available at NYCC? If so, then there are still more out there and will probably be available on Pulse after NYCC.

Received mine today- excellent figure, but the real winner is the packaging. Hit me right in the nostalgia. They even nailed the Art Adams style on the cardboard backing insert. I'm a loose collector, but I can't bring myself to throw this box in the recycling bin.
I'm in the middle of reorganizing my shelves, so let's just call this "Death's Head Kills The Marvel Universe (and some DC and Four Horsemen guys too)".

Mine arrived yesterday, and I'm really happy with him. He's WAY bigger than Transformers of today, so that makes posing him with them problematic unless you use clever angles and the like.
Are all of you who are getting him now having ordered from pulse? Weighing my options in case Deep discount takes awhile because it's listed for October . granted so does entertainment Earth but Given that he was never officially" up "on the site I'm kinda concerned they won't actually get him in and I don't want to miss out . Hmmmm
