...Picked up Retro MK This weekend!  It's barely any different than the Wal-Greens version, but I am an MK sucker, so I caved lol!  He needs to be redone on the Vulcan buck though, as this slight-looking version really only works for his early 70's-80s appearances, he's been drawn a lot beefier (he is a heavyweight boxer after all!) Ever since!

Picked up Spidey using the 25% off coupon last week.  Missed him the first time around so pretty excited to get him, especially as I re-read all the Ditko issues recently.

One more crossed off the must-buy list (tbf i have at least a dozen "maybes" that i may yet pick up). That makes 18 figures for the year, which feels like about what i expect these days.  Luke Cage is really the only one left, altho i'm waiting til the end of the month in case he gets marked down during some black friday cyber monday thing.  For some reason Hyperion/Spectrum and Vertigo are also on my list although i think they are all more "maybe" at this point.

I just received the Mania/Space Venom two-pack in the mail today. Mania has been the character I most wanted to see get a Legends figure for a long time so I'm thrilled to have her. Love her design and it translates to figure form quite nicely. Wish she had more accessories, an alternate open mouth or Andi Benton head would have been great, but even just a pair of fists would have been fine. Wish they tweaked the legs and torso so they'd get more range too. Still, awesome to get her.

Space Venom is good too, but I wasn't buying this set for him. I just don't care for this look or Guardians of the Galaxy angle that came with it. Would love to see plain old Agent Venom get a redo sometime.

Also I found retro carded Spidey over the weekend. He's the exact same as the previous FA Spidey, just with a blue spider on his back. That figure is one of my favorites from Legends as a whole, so I'm happy to get a second one. One for the shelf and one for me to have fun with.

So nobody else's Mania has an arm that easily pulls off above the bicep at the deltoid?  The arms are so small, thin, and made from such a pliable plastic that I thought it may be more common, but looks like mine is mostly an exception if nobody else's is doing it.  I'll swap for a new one if most of you guys have better arms.

@enigmaticclarity My mania's arms don't have any problems at all.  The joints are super thin, but on mine they're secured, but moving just fine without feeling like anything is about to tear or anything like that.   Yours may be an isolated case.

Yeah, my Mania's arms aren't a problem at all. Despite how thin the joints are, they all feel stable.

I looked for the arms falling off on my Mania when I got the set last week, and they felt pretty secure.

@enigmaticclarity Just opened my set and the arms are fine on Mania - she IS a lil bit gummy like some of the symbiotes can be, but the arms are stable. Hopefully you just got a dud and can get a better one as a replacement.

Speaking of Mania - I had no idea who the character was until the two-pack was announced and fell in love with the design, reading up on the character now (anyone have any recommended favorite arcs?). I swear, I've never been a big fan of the symbiotes in the comics, but every single time I buy a Legends symbiote I find them to be so toyetic and fun that I can't resist them even if they're symbiotes I'm unfamiliar with... and this spikey little goth punk symbiote might be my new favorite.

(I was hesitant about the set cos I have the original BAF Space Venom but the alternate head is a great addition. Not my favorite version of Venom but can't knock the figure really IMO.)

Mania might be the only symbiote that my youngest son will be missing from his collection because I refuse to pull the trigger on that set since he's got the Space Venom already. I'm not letting him shell out that much money just for Mania.

I would say at this point it's more likely than not that it will be available at a reduced price later, so maybe he can pull the trigger then?

Symbiote packs don't go on sale much.  People waited for the Amazon 3-pack to go on sale, but it never did before it sold out.  None of my local stores have it at all so no Target clearance here.

I got my replacement pack and my second Mania has solid arms, so thanks guys.

The Venom 3-pack did go on sale, but not by a ton. Just like the Doc Ock/Silk pack it was available as a "Deal of the Day" for something like 30% off, even though it had been in and out of stock for a while.

My store has four Mania sets that haven't moved all week. I imagine they'll eventually sell out though.

But this is a Target Exclusive so it's a different animal from the Amazon pack. Amazon can be content to hold on to stock in their warehouse until it eventually sells.     Target pushes stuff on to the floor and then wants it gone.    And they don't seem to be waiting very long before pulling the trigger on clearance prices recently.    I think there's a better than decent chance this set gets reduced to move by Target.    Especially since many collectors already own one of the figures in the set.

It's also worth remembering that even if the set itself doesn't get specifically discounted, Target frequently does deals on toys in general, especially around this time of year. I actually got my set with that 25% off deal that they've got going right now which took a bit of the sting away from just buying it for Mania herself.

Also I think the Amazon set is a bit different since neither Space Knight Venom or Mania are super popular guaranteed sellers like a standard Eddie Brock Venom.
