They'll take about 5 minutes to welcome us and banter, especially if they aren't all together.
They'll take at least 5 minutes to talk about Kang, Dragon Man, Wolverine's anniversary and any of the product revealed at SDCC.
They'll take about 5 minutes for the wrap up and for a tease or two.
That leaves 15 minutes for:
Secret Wars
Maybe a few random things
In other words, we won't be seeing a lot of reveals
Secret Wars. Maybe we'll see BAF 100 with the rumored comic rack & QR codes. I'm hoping to see that rumored Retro Chameleon, any of the next Spider-Man comic wave (rumored to include Hypno-Hustler and Slyde), or any of the MvC figures like Shuma Gorath.

Definitely they're hanging onto some stuff for NYCC. I notice Ghostbusters isn't on the schedule even though we know there's a Haslab coming soon (almost certainly a 1/12 Ecto 1 from the teaser).
Yes, the face came off intact.
The first one I attempted, I tried sliced it around the perimeter, and although that did work, I messed up the light blue paint bordering the faceplate. When I finally got it off, I realized how it was attached.
So the next one just came off with some good heat and diligent effort. Up from the chin where you can get some purchase to hold the thing, and keep heating and tearing until it comes off.
I forgot about NYCC, but still looking forward to Secret Wars at least. Mostly into it for Transformers tomorrow since I expect more new stuff there. The potential for getting Fabian Cortez, Kaine, Battle Damaged Spider-man and more Gen X in 2025 is really exciting for me and I will be pleased whenever they get revealed. A tease or reveal tomorrow would be great.

Sidebar, I noticed the 2012 ROML wave has quietly been getting redone - Extremis Iron Man, rumored Constrictor, Commander Rodgers, Ketch Ghost Rider etc. Would love a new Coipel Thor and more Asgardians.

@thor-el and @h-bird I'm with you guys. I definitely want that version of Porcupine as well. I know it won't happen, but if we got a maskless alternate head, I'd be in heaven.
I can relate. I was really hoping they’d do an unmasked Eugene head for Frog-man, but as we know that didn’t happen. On the whole, I’d like to see more unmasked heads for the heroes and villains. Not optimistic, but it would be nice. That unmasked Porcupine could be reused for an unmasked Master Menace, with just a repaint.
I'm really hoping for a classic Falcon reveal for the Secret Wars wave....but I know that is probably setting myself up for disappointment.

I could see them doing any of Falcon, Doc Ock and/or Hobgoblin as deluxes outside of the normal 6. Doc Ock seems to be the most likely to me, though.
I do wonder if the seemingly lackluster sales of SamCap at Target would make this less likely, though. He's been peg-warming hard and was recently put on clearance and still sitting. That probably wouldn't matter though because these things would have had to be planned out so far in advance and they just wouldn't have known that at the time.
