LOL, I had a $600+ order on Pulse today. Dragon Man, 2 Kangs, Secret Wars Cap, Iron Man, Beyonder and Titania, animated Spidey/Vulture... (only skipped symbiote Spidey and SW Wolvie from today - because I don't really like either of those costumes and never have).
plus I went ahead and added Crystal/Lockjaw, Outriders, Punisher/Bushwhacker, Spiderverse Gwen, Prowler Miles and SM India all to this pre-order since it all qualified for free shipping and will cancel my pre-orders for those elsewhere.
Expensive order but some of that stuff isn't supposed to come out until January. Dragon Man not until next fall. Only Kang and Spidey/Vulture were in stock with Crystal/Lockjaw expected to ship next week also (along with Hulkbuster from a prior order).
Finally managed to get a Kang, but the Secret Wars figures I wanted are now sold out, so I have to keep my BBTS order and pay shipping.

Roller skates is the only reason to buy that figure other than the Retro Cardback. Not paying 24.99+tax for rollerskates.
That Figure has Been released Twice before, The A.I. Iron man in the Mr Hyde wave (which could have been had for sub $10.00 many times) and the 20th aniversary figure. (Still available for less than this figure) There was ALSO the 80th aniversary figure in metallic. And every one of thsese, including multiple variants using the same molds have used the SAME, USELESS, repulsor hands that will not hinge. If they would have put hinged open hands in here (repulsor pegs or not) I would have bought it. Instead you get rollerskates sir. No Rhodey head, no usefull updated parts. Just rehashed 20 times released effects, rollerskates, and a Nostalgic shield with no use in a comic display.
Captain americas shield is even more egregious though. At least this Iron Man is a Complete figure. Captain America with no correct shield is barely Captain America. Add that to the fact that this is twice in arow having incomplete shields for this figure. They must be Trolling us on that one.
In somewhat of a rarity, I actually had to go in to work today. I was initially bummed to miss this, but it seems like it was a good one to miss. Nine reveals is a wet fart of a live stream.
It would have been better if they could have had three heads for Kang instead of the face plates. You could have took the other heads and put them on the other released comic Kang and had other actual variations of Kang. Oh, yeah, the site finally cleared and I was able to get in the other orders except for Spidey and Wolvie being sold out so decided to punish Pulse and did the orders with GameStop for the Secret Wars wave. I wanted to go with EE but something is off with their site because it is not giving the free shipping on orders over $99 and not the flat rate shipping either. I tried to call, finally hung up after 20 mins and no response to my email as of yet. Their so called live chat is a joke for it's not live chat if they get back with you as soon as possible.
Between this and the shipping charges, EE is a borderline unpleasant shopping experience. I need them to get their shit together. We're basically down to two major online toy retailers (EE and BBTS).

I just ordered Secret Wars Spidey and Wolverine on Pulse, so they're back up.
Pulse was so frustrating during the early premium window. Like everyone else here, I could not get an order in. Very annoying experience.
Sorry to hear how difficult Pulse was for everyone. I was on a work call that was wrapping up at 4 but running long - I surreptitiously hopped onto the laptop to get an order in for Starduster, as I hadn't seen the livestream reveals yet and figured he was the only one likely to sell out. Got the order in without any trouble - not sure why the site is so inconsistent but they really need to figure it out!
