What do you predict we'll see at PulseCon next week?
Things we know are coming, just not exactly when:
-Spider-Man No Way Home wave
-Classic Vision, tied into the 60th anniversary
-Power Princess
-Crystar
Rumors:
-2024 Wolverine 50th anniversary product, including 2-packs with Psylocke, Lilandra, Jim Lee Sabretooth, tux Patch and Joe Fixit
-MCU Captain America Brave New World wave, also deluxe Sam Wilson Captain America
-MCU Deadpool wave
-MCU Thunderbolts wave, also deluxe Red Hulk and Leader
-Wolfsbane, red halo suit Angel, Count Nefaria, Ikaris, Jack O'Lantern, Ben Reilly, Ka-Zar, SHIELD 3-pack, Iron Man 300, Heroes Reborn Iron Man, Herald Thor
I predict:
-1st appearance Wasp to hit Fan Channel soon after to herp promote the Giant-Man HasLab
-1970's Carol with swappable Karla Dark Ms. Marvel head to hit Fan Channel soon after
-MCU Werewolf By Night
-Something Wolverine 50th anniversary
-Something Secret Wars 40th anniversary, like Titania or Constrictor
-Hepzibah or Raza for the 2024 X wave
-Another Inhuman: Crystal, Gorgon or Triton
-A Space-related character like Air-Walker and a hint at a space BAF wave, which Crystar will be in
-Blacklash (Ryan mentioned him a year ago as a "he'd be great" or something like that - it was just too random of a name to drop)
-Pym Yellowjacket tease
-MCU Monoco Speedway Whiplash - I don't know why I think this, but it could be the final reveal that we all go absolutely nuts for
That Whiplash would be pretty crazy at this point but I'd take it.
The Werewolf By Night figure would be incredible but obviously makes sense.
I wonder if they might show off the DP3 Wolverine not only for the character's anniversary but since set pics of his costume have already leaked out like crazy.
All I really hope for is the No Way Home wave and deluxe/exclusive reveals. I'll be thrilled with just that much.
I'm hoping that we find out what wave(s) the Classic Vision, Power Princess, and Crystar are a part of. I'm also hoping that all the rumored comic figures are a reality, and the relevant characters are part of a carded Classic Avengers-themed wave.
More Asgardian/Thor-related figures would be a great surprise, but truthfully I'm not going to hold my breath.
Since we have his head already, I predict that we'll see Madcap in full figure form, since they seem to be making full figures of the characters that they made just heads for.
Some more Avengers/Giantman tie ins. Maybe a new "premium" Legends offering to justify another price increase net year. Teasers for a new sub line. Maybe ghost rider or iron man
GI joe Pipeline reviews for another small vehicle and digital renders for another figure/animal pair.
Other than the rumored figures (specifically Angel, Wolfsbane and Lilandra), I'm hoping for another Generation X figure or two. Maybe throw in Marrina, Marrow, Vermin and more Inhumans.
If I don't see a Count Nefaria figure I'm going to find a table and flip it.
I wouldn't expect any MCU waves (except No Way Home) until the strikes are settled and they announce new release dates. They're in a rock and a hard place with these. I would gladly take more comic waves in their place but knowing the lead time, it'd be a year before we'd see them anyway.
@legendsfiend Or we see the 2024 comic characters for the full year rescrambled and bunched to the beginning of the year. No problem with that personally.
That's sort of what happened with 2023, so it wouldn't feel too abnormal. As a comic figure buyer I don't mind the pause between waves.
@legendsfiend I'm definitely not expecting any MCU for much of 2024 but hopefully they have some more Infinity Saga stuff close to ready
Don't forget Justice! I am so looking forward to that figure!
Wanted to second the Generation X wants! Come on Hasbro, please don't pull a Hasbro with this team! More more more!!!
It would be nice if they release more retro carded Iron Man and Ghost Rider figures.
Yes, I wanna see Hypnotia, in an Iron-Man Legends retro wave.It would be nice if they release more retro carded Iron Man and Ghost Rider figures.
