I have no doubt they'll have stock available after shipping due to cancellations, declined payments and the necessary production cushion for any issues/defects.
The bets come here on how long that period of time is. Could be months, or it could be hours or minutes. If I wanted one I'd be assuming minutes and be ready to twitch an order in as fast as possible on release day.
Or even better just order two now and cancel one later if your situation changes between now and release
Have you seen the pics of the physical model they were showing off today? It looks to me like the details you are talking about are actually sculpted, unless I'm misunderstanding. I initially thought those details were painted based on the render, and that would look just terrible for something so big with so little detail - but I think they're sculpted.
@h-bird, @fletch - Thanks, the pics of the physical model do look a lot better with most of the finer details sculpted, and the faceplate looks much better with some depth to it. I don't mind it being smooth as that was the look in the comics, but the renders really didn't sell what the paint was highlighting.
Ugh. These are like my ideal Sentinels, just 10" too tall.
Enough folks seem interested, so I hope they eventually give us something 10-14". As much as I want this, a 22" Sentinel won't fit in my display case.

He sends all the parts disassembled and you have to assemble, sand down, fill in any holes and paint (although the ones I had came cast in the XTAS accurate red/pink and purple, the colors I used are a personal preference). I bought them maybe 3 years ago, and only got time to fully assemble and paint them this year, and they're pretty great. They're not actually 12 inches, more accurately around 14 inches.

Got charged for Dragon Man today - a day after placing my pre-order for Mephisto. Honestly I don't feel like Mephisto needed to be done this way. They could have made him just an oversized figure in the same vein as Blob or Ronan - the inclusion of that throne seems like more a way to justify a higher cost than something Mephisto needs. I still have the throne from the Marvel Select version that I like better so I probably won't even use this thing.
But at least we are getting an official Legends Mephisto figure.

I use the Select Mephisto throne for Hela (bought a loose throne off eBay years back), but once I've got Mephisto in-hand I'll have to see which looks better with which. 😉
Yeah... I've had Skeletor chilling on Mephisto's throne for years now. But then I got the deluxe Bone Throne from Masterverse and that feels more appropriate - so Mephisto's throne was back up for grabs. Perhaps I'll put the Select Mephisto on the throne and have the Legends Mephisto menacing my Marvel characters... No idea what I'm going to do with that throne from the Crystar cover that comes with ML Mephisto.
