yes to Quasimodo
Big yes on Quasimodo. Has been a top 10er on my obscure list for a few years now.
YES, to Phyla-Vell. Preferably, in every costume ever, but I’ll settle for the Annihilation: Conquest Quasar inset (be nice to get those updated Quantum bands, if only to ensure a Wendel from the same period), Guardians Di Vito inset, and the GotG Oblivion ‘Martyr’ uni. Why so long, Hasbro?
And like a surprising number of other posters, I also want Quasimodo.
Brain in a jar? Sign me up. I'm not a big MCU collector, but Darcy would be tempting.
Dr. Sun has a great look. I would definitely get a figure of him.
I hope Darcy gets a figure because I know she has a lot of fans.

Dr Sun is a big, absol-freakin-lutely YES! It’s a fun character design, for a good villain. And we have no real classic Nova rogues yet. Did I mention ‘Yes’? In case I didn’t, YES!
Darcy would be fun. I’m not a big MCU collector, but I’d be tempted.
As an MCU collector, I still wouldn't get Darcy, but I want her made as a figure just for the collectors that I know are clamoring for her.
At the same time, I keep hoping they'll use Kat Dennings as the "lady that Loki possesses to be Lady Loki during Dark Reign" in something, and that I would get a figure of.
Pass on Dr. Sun. Just kidding 😉 He would look great on the shelf.
I have no need for a Darcy in my collection.
Dr. Sun also fought Dracula, iirc. 😀 So, there's always that, too.
