I'll take either red or green X-Factor and an updated original X-Men costume.
Red and Green X-Factor plus New X-Men for me -alongside her teammates from those runs. The newer X-Men red and that mostly green one are great looks as well.
I'd take both X-Factor costumes, Revolution, New X-Men with the long jacket, and the newer green on green one.
The green and red X-Factor costumes are the only ones I really want, but I'd be open to a lot of them (especially if she had teammates in matching era-specific costumes, like New X-Men).
The only outfits that I still want are her Astonishing and X-Factor looks.
I’d be in for every version of Jean Grey they release. Most wanted is X-Factor at the moment, but I’d take her current Krakoa Age costume to go with the others we have from the era, an updated green Phoenix costume as a close second.
by the by, no movie costumes? Not that those are a particular want on mine, but there might be those that want them.
The X-Men films have their own collective shoebox cards so both Jean's will be there. Maybe a future Saturday spotlight since there are soooooo many characters to cover.
I figured. Yeah Astonishing was right after New when Jean was dead again so Cyke could shack up with Emma.
Technically she came back to life briefly during the Astonishing era, in the Phoenix Endsong miniseries.
There's some Jean Grey looks there that I never even knew existed. Phoenix and "Jim Lee" Jean are the two I will ever need. Unfortunately Hasbro does not have a good track record with the "Jim Lee" look. Four versions under their belt and they all have their flaws. Them doing a fifth seems unlikely so I just have to choose the lesser of four evils, I think.
Now the first Phoenix look, I'd like a redo. Give her a brighter, more lime green like in that pic. Also, my eye reads that gold as being VERY shiny, like C3PO back when they gave him a gold vac metal finish. We know Hasbro isn't going to go that far, but they do sell gold chrome pens.....hmmm.....maybe I'll just try to make my own.
Somewhat of an aside, but I also just learned her Phoenix costume was originally supposed to be white. They couldn't do it because the colors from the next page would bleed through.
I've always liked the white look and that made me appreciate it even more.
