Yes to both.  Regent has a cool look that may be troublesome to translate to figure form, but it's worth a shot!

Oh, YES, I've been calling for a Stranger Haslab (not going to happen) for years and would absolutely love to have this figure.

Yes to the Stranger.

Regent is a pass, but Stranger is an enthusiastic Yes, though he needs to be some kind of larger deluxe release or a big BaF at the very least.

Regent has an interesting look.  But he's a pass at today's likely price.

Classic red/green Stranger is a yes.  Maybe they could put him on the body used for Surtur.

Stranger is a huge want for me.   I definitely need him in my collection and hope he gets made eventually.

I am unfamiliar with Regent,  but find the look somewhat compelling.  I'm not clear on how large he's supposed to be since there are no context clues in the art... but seems like something that could use the Thanos or Controller body with some additions...    anyway, I'm not saying no.

Regent is a character I want to like (the costume), but for some reason it just doesn't resonate with me.  I don't know why.  He would be a maybe on sale.

Stranger.   Now we are talking.  I would actually be fine with him as a regular 6" figure.  My preference would be for a larger BAF figure, but I don't need/want a larger 12"+ version.  How about Stranger as the BAF for an Elders of the Universe (comic) wave?  Six Elders and the Stranger?  YES PLEASE!!  I would break my preorder rule for that  wave.   Of course I know that will never happen, but hey it is Christmas and I can wish for a Christmas miracle can't I? 

Regent's potential was kinda squandered in Spider-Man but he's still a really cool looking character. Hopefully another writer gives him a shot some day. But I'm in for a figure either way.

Stranger is very big yes! I'm not a stickler on height for him but he should be taller than your average Legend figure.

Day #748 - Post, plus Sabra (archive Day# 82)

Pass on both. I would have happily bought a Sabra years ago, but now there's just too much baggage around the concept that I'd be a hard pass. 

I'd get both, especially classic Sabra. 😀
