I'd buy both, but have a preference for Kid Marvelman of the two.
In regard to Sue as Malice, there's good news and bad news. The good news is that she's on a leaked list for 2026. The bad news is that it's a Magic The Gathering Marvel Legends figure at the $39.99 price point each along with Doom 2099, Black Panther and Captain America.

Catching up a little, I'm in for a new classic comic (Byrne-like) Uatu. I don't have the Select version, so that's a gap in my cosmic collection.
I'd also be in for Tinkerer, especially if he comes with a bunch of (possibly recognizable) accessories. But "action figure of old man" likely won't sell.
Pass on the other characters the last couple days.

Infinaut.. and interesting design, but past my reading days. Is he like a Micronauts, only weirder? Anyway, a likely pass.
The Terrible Tinkerer.. he would be fun. The same suggestion of including some of his gadgets would be fun. I’d take it a step further. Include a “Tinkerer mask, like the end of that first story, and put him in a three pack with his alien cohorts.
