I’d be in for a traditional/classic Whiz Kid.
I never took the time to research, but there’s more Prodigies than I realized. I’d be up for the Slingers’ Prodigy, and the Polish Prodigy (last image). The others I can do without.

I'd buy them all but the David (X-Men) and Ritchie (Slingers) Prodigies would be my most wanted of the group.
Nathaniel Richard’s is probably the only one I’d really want of this list. The Handbook look preferred.
Zuras and Mentor are okay, but neither is highly desired for me.
Howard Stark is probably the easiest for them to do on a suited body. I still think issuing a suited body with multiple character heads would be a good way to knock out several of these suited characters..

I agree with @detectivehoag just to issue a new plain suited body with a bunch of heads. Not all that different than the Chameleon figure many years ago that came with heads for JJJ and Hammerhead. They could even do a couple of repaint variants with different heads. Seems like a good way for them to knock out figures that they might not do otherwise and make a bit of money. Even if people only wanted one of the heads that came with a figure it would still sell.
Fully in for classic Mentor and Zuras. The more Eternals, the better as far as I'm concerned.
Pass on Howard, T'chaka, and Nathaniel. No need for those Dads in my display.

in a rare exception, I would get the MCU version of Scarlet Scarab. I genuinely like the design.

I'd buy them all, but Layla and Tawaret from Moon Knight would be by most desired.
I've actually been eyeing a used bipedal Hippo figure at a local second hand store to customize into that Tawaret - but the TV version is slimmer than I remembered based upon those pics.
Scarlet Scarab is a yes to Layla Abdallah El-Faouly and Mehemet Faoul in the Thor comic look.
Never heard of Captain Citrus. Is he known for sour power?!? I won't squeeze him into my collection.
