Starbrand is a maybe. Not particularly dying for him but would probably get him if made.
Cyclone is a big yes, as all the Scourge victims are for me. Plus he's a Bronze Age Spidey villain so I definitely want him. The Thunderbolts version is a yes too but I wouldn't want it in place of the classic version. So both please?
Am a sucker for classic Spidey anything (if it’s done well) so Cyclone is a yes.

Ugh they really have dug down deep into the "Well Of Sinister" as I like to call it. Between him, Miss Sinister, Dr. Stasis, Mother Righteous, etc. etc. It is like a Sinister Knock Off convention. She is a pass.
Fabian Cortez. No interest in the character, but if they did him it would have to be his Acolyte version.

Fabian Cortez isn’t a huge want of mine, but if they did more Acolytes then I’d consider him.
Yeah... Miss Sinister is lame and I'm 100% fine if they never make a figure of that.
Fabian Cortez on the other hand is one I want in my collection. I don't necessarily need a full team of Acolytes on my shelf but a small handful wouldn't be bad - I mean they have to make Senyaka since he got a 5" figure, right? - and you can't have Acolytes without Fabian Cortez to lead them. So yes to that guy.
