Yes, I'd buy the Horsemen. I think I prefer the original incarnation from the first pic personally, although the groups in the 5th and 6th pictures would be pretty damn cool also.

I would much like the horsemen from the the Age of Apocalypse to be made into Marvel Legends form, namely Abyss, Mikhail Rasputin, Holocaust/Nemesis, and Sinister.
I actually find Madman’s smaller form more interesting than the more generic looking large form. Either way, though, he’s not a high priority for me.
Now The Cat, on the other hand, is a big want of mine. There’s obvious reuse there. I was always a fan of Greer’s early costumed identity.

The Cat doesn't actually bring anything to the table that we don't already have in Hellcat, so pass.
GA Sun Girl is a 'maybe/probably'. Modern Sun Girl is a 'yes, please, sign me up'.
Impossible Man is an absolutely. Give me. On his own he's rather small and would feel a tad disappointing. But he could be done as a deluxe pack with so many alternate forms or pack ins they could go crazy with it.
I'd buy either Sun Girl, if made. I've still got the Impossible Man that came in the Toy Biz Fantastic Four Classics. I'm ok with that one, but would probably still buy a new one if made.
I'd also likely buy Madman. I don't know about The Cat.
I’d take a Mitchell Sun Girl, and a Burke Sun Girl has a sharp design, and I might be tempted.
Impossible Man could do with an update. Might be a good candidate for the Maximum treatment, to better replicate his abilities.

If certain inter-company crossovers are to be accepted as cannon, Impossible Man and Mxyzptlk are one and the same entity traversing dimensions and assuming a different identity in each. Your aversion to both characters could be further evidence of that.

A GA Sun Girl is a maybe. I like her look. Perhaps she'd be best in a Golden Age Amazon set.

Impossible Man is an annoying character, but he's a yes for me. It's funny how some annoying characters just work for people and others are major cringe. I really like Madcap. He just cracks me up. But I can't stand Deadpool. Very similar characters, but night and day for me.
