Playing a bit of catch-up:

Fully in for the red-and-blue Clint Barton Goliath. No other Hawkeyes needed. I’m good with the classic (sky-cycle) one I have already.

Pass on Apex and Eon, but that issue #2 Quasar costume is a necessity. Sooner rather than later.

Pass on Lady Spider and Spyke (even though I enjoyed him in the cartoon).

Pass on Betty Ross in any incarnation.

Pass on Justin Seyfert and Sentinel.

Arishem would be a yes, but honestly he needs to be HasLab big. Even if he’s only a 5-poa figure like those old giant Power Rangers they made. That’d be fine. It’s not like he needs to be able to be dynamically posed. If he has a joint to swivel his wrist for thumbs up or down, I’m good.

Yes to both or all 3 in this case, this has been said quite a few times now but a limited articulation Celestial would do me.

Black Abbot looks cool so I might be tempted to pick him up even though I don't know the character.

Force in his second and third pic looks would be a definite yes.  Love me some Iron Man villains from the Armour Wars era.

Heeeeeyy Abbooooot!

An affirmative to both these.  Classic Force preferred.

Yes to both, especially 80s Bob Layton Force. He would be a great addition to the Iron Man rogues gallery

Jack lost some serious muscle mass when he joined the imitation Guardians.
Anywho, neither of these are pressing priorities for me.  They didn’t particularly impress me when they were introduced.  I’d probably get them on sale if Hasbro did make them, but I’m not really clamoring for them.  There’s other patriotic heroes I’d rather see first (Patriot (Mace), Spirit of ‘76, Battlestar, alt costumed US Agent, Miss America, Captain USA, Yankee Clipper, Liberty Girl, Vagabond, Captain Terror, Miss Patriot, etc.)

Even as a Canadian I can safely say I am down for most any American Flag deco on a figure.

Day 1269 - Tribute to Jim Shooter

An actual Marvel Legend.

Love him or hate him, he was responsible for groundbreaking stories, editorial leadership and stellar marketing strategies that all revolutionized the entire comic industry.

Rest in Peace, Mr. Shooter. Thank you for amazing stories and amazing memories.

In his honor, pick out a favorite storyline or character to celebrate!

Of course, his contributions as a writer were legendary:

As an editor, he was a part of some historic storylines and runs in comic history:

Claremont's X-Men

Miller's Daredevil

Simonson's Thor

De Matteis' Captain America

Byrne's Fantastic Four

Michelinie's Iron Man

O'Neil's Iron Man

Stern's Avengers

Also as an Editor, her was responsible for giving the greenlight to some of our favorite books:

This is just a small sampling. Feel free to add your own!
