Peter David was one of the greats. Especially for Marvel and Star Trek when I was reading both. He will be missed.
Sure I'd take a Smart Hulk.
Sin Eater would be a maybe in a baf wave I liked. Same for Typhon.
The rest would be a pass.

Pass on Rhapsody. Don't know the character at all.
Typhon would be cool in his early appearances look, but he would have to be a big figure ala Odin. At regular 6" ML size I would be somewhat disappointed. Still would probably pick him up at either size.
I'd buy both if they were made, but neither is among my top 100 wants.
While neither of these is pressing for me, I wouldn’t turn hem down. Rhapsody was an interesting side story in the ANAD X-Factor with Jamie. Unfortunately she really doesn’t have a definitive look (blue skin aside). That would make picking a look for a figure problematic. Still, if they want make her, by all means.
Don't know who Tracer is and his look doesn't do anything for me. Pass.
Sin is a yes but I don't care much for the character, especially her more modern appearances. However I would probably still pick up a figure of her is offered.

Smart Hulk is a huge yes. It is a major want from Hasbro for me at this point. We have the old Toy Biz version but it’s an iteration of Hulk that Hasbro hasn’t worked around to.
X-Factor Investigations: I loved the book. We have most of the characters featured in the book in figure form already in one way or another. I wouldn’t be opposed to figures in the “Investigations” specific outfits, but I’m not clamoring for them either.
Phyla-Vell is a big yes, for sure. She has a variety of looks that would work in my collection I wouldn’t mind the original CM suit, but my preference would be for the red tights with black cape and black boots - I think that was annihilation era look? The all black costume w/ red boots and the skull motif is fine but my least favorite of the three for her.
Sin Eater is another yes from me. SO easy to do, frankly I’m shocked he hasn’t been done already. Masked head, basic body with tactical belt, buccaneer boots and gloved hands. Can be cobbled together from existing parts with almost zero effort.
Rhapsody is very low on my list of priorities for figures I need, but she is a mutant so if they made her I’d buy her. Seems easy enough to do… a top, a skirt, a head with short hair and blue skin. The violin accessory would have to be newly sculpted probably – but she’d be easy enough to make.
Typhon isn’t one I’m clamoring for, but depending on which version was made is something I would almost assuredly add to my collection. I wouldn’t want the suited version – boring and dumb. But also wouldn’t want the crazy Bat Winged, snake appendaged ludicrousness. If they made him look something like in the first four images, I’d probably pick him up.
Tracer seems like one of those dumb spider-man villains that I really don’t need or care about. I’d be fine if they never got around to a figure of that guy.
Sin is a figure I would buy - we’ve got like 4 versions of Crossbones now but none of his female partner in crime? My preference would be in one of the outfits pictured in the first four images - the red bustier, black leggings and gloves and red boots. They could include an extra “red skull” head to increase display options I guess but it’s not the look I prefer and I’d be fine if they skipped it.
Neither is a want for me.
I'd buy both, but Sin would be the priority of the two. I have a kitbashed version, but I'd happily replace it with an official Hasbro Marvel Legend.
Tracer looks neat, but Sin in either the last pic, or first 4 pics would be my choices, preferably the first 4 pics, even though the last pic is a classic 80s look. lol
